The Palms Canggu

We kept saying throughout our stay how happy we were that we chose this place. It has a really lovely feel to it, and everything was presented beautifully. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and even the smaller details showed that the property is genuinely cared for.

We had such a good time here and found the whole experience easy from check-in onwards. The team were welcoming, the surroundings were peaceful, and we always felt comfortable. It was the sort of accommodation that added to our holiday rather than simply being somewhere to sleep.

We would absolutely choose to stay here again when we return to Canggu. A fantastic find and an easy recommendation from both of us.

Great location, friendly staff and very comfortable!

The room was surprisingly very large and spacious with a huge comfortable bed, TV worked well, lovely bathroom and balcony. Pool area got sun all day which is what I wanted. Great location, near the main street but also tucked down an alleyway.

My partner and I are fairly picky when it comes to accommodation, especially with cleanliness, and we were genuinely impressed. The room was immaculate, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything around the property looked properly cared for.

The entire stay felt easy and enjoyable, and we had everything we needed. We had an amazing time here, slept really well and both agreed that we would book here again. It’s rare that a place gets all the important details right, but this one did. We left feeling like we’d found a little gem in Canggu and have already recommended it to friends back home.

Very beautiful hotel, clean room and friendly staff

Wat een fijne plek in Canggu! Een prachtig, kleinschalig hotel dat perfect wordt onderhouden. De kamers zijn comfortabel, het zwembad is heerlijk en de locatie is ideaal: midden in de levendige drukte, maar zodra je binnenkomt voelt het als een oase van rust.

Het personeel maakt het verblijf helemaal af. Iedereen is ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en doet er alles aan om je een prettig verblijf te bezorgen. Absoluut een aanrader. Dit was inmiddels onze tweede keer hier en we komen graag nog eens terug!

I stayed here several days and they were amazing!! I have been to many other places so I can compare. The rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy. The pool and the territory around is very beautiful! I didn’t want to leave the place. The workers were very pleasant and nice to me!! The cleaning in the rooms also was perfect. It’s located in the perfect place, really close to everything. Sometimes I went to my favourite cafes just on foot and didn’t take a bike. Love it!

Perfect first stop for a solo traveller in Bali 🌴

This was my first time in Bali, so I spent my first week at The Palms while looking for a villa and I couldn't have picked a better place to land. I was travelling solo, but the staff were so lovely that I never felt alone and never had a single problem. Everyone was responsive and friendly from day one.

The laundry service was super convenient for keeping my clothes clean, and the nights were really quiet, so I always slept well.

I gave 9/10 the only thing missing is breakfast 😄🥐 Come on guys, add breakfast and it's a perfect 10!

Other than that, I loved everything about my stay and would definitely come back whenever I need a hotel in Canggu. Highly recommend

Territory, cleanliness, staff, swimming pool

Echt een ontzettende fijne plek dit! We kwamen net van een luxe mini resort af dus we hadden geen verwachtingen, maar wat een fijne sfeer, heerlijk zwembad met fijne bedjes, lieve mensen en een mooie & nette kamer voor een goedkope prijs op een gunstige locatie. Echt iedereen aan te raden!

Staff are kind, friendly and helpful. Beautiful, clean and comfortable pool area which was really peaceful and never seemed to get crowded. Located in an excellent part of Canggu where I never felt far from anything but on a really quiet lane so no problems with Canggu traffic noise! Lovely clean and fresh white towels in the bathroom. Excellent value for money.
