We had booked this rat hole through Vakantie Discounter, a Dutch Holiday package travel operator for our last minute vacation. We were really tied to our departure date of September 20th, as we couldn't go later. My fault was that I didn't checked the reviews before we took off here at TA.
When we arrived at Yaman Life hotel late at night we received this room. The first reaction was "WHAT THE HELL!!! What did we booked for our holiday?"
We were to tired to file a complain. But we had already thinking about searching for another accommodation the next morning.
Our room was truly a rat hole instead of a decent 3* hotel room!
We were glad that the Aircon is functioning well with night temperature around 26 degrees Celsius and the mattress is comfy.
All the mentioned facility in our rat hole on several web platforms is NOT available or correct! This is absolutely NOT a 3*** hotel room!!!
The whole building is damage when you look carefully, the stairs show broken steps, walls are cracked and room doors all show damages in some way.
I did told Vakantie Discounter about our leaving from this rat hole and they replied that we should contact their local representative for a room change. Well.. I guess there are not much choice to change room with the current building condition.
So I wrote the travel operator that we are leaving this rat hole on last Monday.
Unfortunately it's not easy to find a nice affordable hotel until Monday.
Breakfast buffet was okay even so there are no fruit juices available.
Most of the annoying issue here at breakfast time are the personnel..
They appeared never to smile or at least showing their good mood.
On Monday we left this rat hole and gave the key back to the reception. She was confused when I said we are checking out. But she said we are booked with them until the 25th of September? Yes I replied, but we decide to move on.
Never took the time to complain, it takes up too much of our precious holiday time here!
Arrived on the Saturday no towel change no bedding changed or bins emptied and it's now Tuesday evening
Went to reception to ask for toilet roll and clean towels explained we arrived sat to get asked why we just asking now
I asked how often rooms are done he said 3 times a week well that speaks for itself , never complain . A young mam turned up with clean towels and toilet role but bins still bins un emptied
Shower cubicle absolutely rotten breakfast unbeatable, plus side aircon free and little shop cheap as chips and they are very pleasant

The hotel is quite close to the sea.
The room and bathroom were not that clean, the shower door didn’t close and the walls are very thin.
This hotel is disgusting. Rooms are dirty, everywhere hair, dust, there is no Bathroom amenities.
But the most disgusting here is the receptionist, the blond guy.
We left the key from room, so our old aunty can come after beach and rest in the room, while we were doing other things. He didn't gave key to her and he said "I don't speak Russian" and she was seating in reception 3 hours! Waiting for us.
First of all, she is not Russian, she is Belarusian and she speaks only 2 language (Russian and Belarusian). She 65 years, he could show some respect and open translation for her so she could write what she wants to say. She didn't have wifi, and he didn't even help with that. He saw that she was seating there for 3 hours and didn't do anything, but he knew that she from this hotel and he knew her room. What the attitude to the old lady. When I said about this situation he start to Shout and said "I'm a boss here and you can't talk to me like that" and it was the only answer he could say to me "I'm a boss you can't talk to me like that".
What kind of people work here? There is no respect, no Ethics behaviors. They have no idea how to do hotel business. It is better for them to work in the farm with cattle. O bir hayvan gibidir, temel şeyleri anlamaz. Terbiyesiz. Vicdansız
Only the location of the hotel was acceptable.
I arrived on late Sunday night at around 11.30pm, I needed a shower and there was no hot water, toilet seat was broken, exposed electrical wiring, extremely dirty shower enclosure, and no place put my clothes, spiders and cobwebs in the room.
I informed reception, and their response was that we don't need hot water at night, and all the other issue's we haven't noticed,
I immediately booked another hotel, Uzgar Bey Hotel, and moved out first thing Monday morning.
I also emailed booking.com and called them at a huge cost, their response was, we will inform the hotel and ask them to provide another room, it was too late by then, as I had already left for another hotel by then.
I expect a full refund from Booking.com.
Honestly, please take this hotel off your website as the facilities are the worst I have ever experienced, furthermore, if anyone is booking.this hotel, then please don't, pay more and you will enjoy your stay.
Avoid at all expenses, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
