I liked all the facilities provided here. The breakfast was very good. The parking is good. The hotel is very near to rock beach and white town. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The location is near a very big drain. So the hotel smells bad. Need to keep a room freshener.

The area was disappointing. In front of the hotel, people were openly drinking alcohol in broad daylight. From my window, the view was even worse—a narrow lane filled with garbage and a foul-smelling gutter running right through it. The entire scene was far from what I expected.

Center Location & Best for Families
Pros:

Excellent Property in a prominent location, Just Opposite to RTO office, having very good access to all tourist Places, without getting in to traffic congestion. We can reach the property from all directions.
Very First Nice Property when you are coming from South side. Chidambaram, Kumbakonam, Karaikal, Velanganni, Nagore, Tiruvarur, Mannargudi, Rameswaram Etc. Center Place from Beaches, Churches, Ousteri Lake and Chunnambar Boat House.
Clean and Neat Rooms, Very New Property with all basic amenities. Rooms fitted with Smart TV, Wi-Fi Speed 300 Mbps is very good. It is an apart hotel and providing big space between rooms will be an added advantage. Having good covered car parking 100% Safe. 6 cars can be parked at a time. Well ventilated rooms. Very good Pre plated, breakfast supplied to rooms.
Staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Lift, Geyser at individual rooms and Kettle @ rooms are best suited for families, Senior citizens and the one travelling with babies.

A pleasant stay at a IYLA APART HOTEL, promising location with a warm and friendly team.
Pros:

Visited the IYLA APART HOTEL. Very safe for family traveler. The stay was amazing. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. Perfect for a family holiday, and well maintained entire hotel.

They helped us a lot showed us where to go and what to do and arranged as a lot of different activities in the city .

Complementary Delicious south Indian Breakfast.
Neat and Clean. Car Parking is there.

Neat and comfortable stay
Pros:

My 3 nights stay was satisfied. As it's a new property they are trying their best. Loved the tamil style breakfast though it needs improvement on the food delivery timings. The rooms were clean and it was a comfortable stay. The hall outside the room was very helpful to move around especially for kids, my son enjoyed it a lot.

Nothing much considering the price paid

Cons:

1. We have to change the room since TV was not working
2. The location was not near to the main market
3. Got a message from booking.com to pay online however the staff said you can't pay online and have to pay offline. I have a discount if i pay online which I couldn't avail
