Pros:

Booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but there was only one bathroom. Was told after check in that they "cant provide two bathrooms for the price". Also the light fixtures were unfinished (bare wires sticking out of walls).

However, ammenities very good, location very good, felt safe and otherwise pretty good.

Pros:

Property is very convient to Trx Exchange shopping, resturants and subway and close all the majpr attractiona.

Great common area with pool, gym and walking trail and plenty of space to chill in a great environment.. Apartment was new, with everything you need for a long stay (3 weeks for us).

Ameeth, the property manager was super responsive and helpful. Its also across the street from Prince Court Medical Center if you are doing medical tourism or health screening.

Definitely would come back.

Pros:

Firstly, there is no proper counter or contact person upon check in. No microwave, No proper cooking utensils. Aircon water leaked in master room. Even placed washing powder on the table top without indication and all of us mistook it as sugar.
Difficulties for Grab driver to locate the Tower B2.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. La vista es buena, el condominio también . El apartamento en sí es bueno. Realmente hay que ser poco profesional para hacer pasar mal una estadía allí. El check in fue terrible, no tenía registro de mi reserva ni contestaba llamadas. Llegué en la tarde se hizo de noche. No bastó con eso que en principio me pidió que al día siguiente me cambiara de unidad porque yo había reservado una más chica. Me hizo perder mucho tiempo cuando llegué y la mañana del otro día. Finalmente me dijo que me quedara. Que bien porque el baño se tapaba en uno y no tenía agua caliente en el otro. La cocina estaba limitada de utensilios. En el lugar está lleno de moscas como en el resto de la ciudad. Y la lavadora arruinó toda mi ropa achicándola. Realmente no me gusta poner malas reseñas pero cuando se lo merecen, si. A su favor, parece ser algo común en la ciudad.
