Rooms were stinking, had to ask thrice to change the pillow cover as it's was worst.
Location is very nice. The food provided was very tasty
Staff behavior is very very bad. They do not even greet guests, instead they irritate guests by asking them to pay the balance amount the moment guests step in there. The property feels like a lodge rather than a resort. This is because of the staff behavior. Owner does not seem bothered when we complained this to him.

Food was very good. Choices are limited, but they make tasty food and quality also was good.
They were claiming it as a 3 star property and was priced so. But it was not even a remote 2 star. Kitchen and food options are limited. Made to order and we can’t change or reorder. Food price was excessive and was charging like a full 3 star property. 24x7 security or not even staff were there. Stray dogs and cats were roaming in the property and no one bothered. Flies were another issue. You can’t switch on lights and large flies comes in. The river nearby was not accessible properly as the way to the river was not at all maintained. Very bad in these terms. Also the staff told they won’t respond even in case of an emergency after 11.30 pm. It was like you are alone in a remote isolated place.
The property was secluded, clean, natural, and the access to the river was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and service was extremely good. Umesh and the staff were very friendly and gave us hot fresh food at all meals. Had an amazing stay.

Its a very nice homestay in the middle of a coffee plantage. Perfect spot to enjoy nature, during night you will hear nothing else than nature.
For me personally the matress was too hard
