Un personnel aux petits soins pour ses clients d'autant plus que je me suis fait une entorse et le réceptionniste m'a donné des anti inflammatoire plus fait des massages et ventouses.
Les draps sont tout doux.
L'hôtel est super.

La atención del recepcionista fue lo mejor, me quede unos días y él me ayudo con indicaciones en la localidad, tambien tuve un desperfecto en lavabo pero al notificarlo él lo solucionó.

Good value for money.
Pros:

The staff are super friendly and the room was comfortable. The kitchen area was spotless and had enough to prepare small meals. We really enjoyed our stay in Valladolid.
