Panamá - vale um stopover
Pros:

Localização excepcional. Próximo a comércios e metrô. Piscina e rooftop. Café da manhã de qualidade com itens saborosos e variedade. Academia climatizada, suficiente. Opção de refeições noturnas, bom restaurante na acomodação. Quarto espaçoso bem decorado, banheiro novo e funcional. O hotel é muito lindo. Amei a decoração de todos os espaços.

Cons:

Não tenho do que reclamar.

Alcune cose devono migliorare
Pros:

L’hotel è abbastanza nuovo e in generale ben tenuto. La stanza è molto grande e il letto è comodo. La struttura dispone di una bella palestra e di una piscina, e ho apprezzato anche la possibilità di avere il late check-out pagando un supplemento.

Cons:

Ci sono però alcuni aspetti da migliorare: dopo la prima pulizia mi è stato lasciato un asciugamano sporco, non è stato ricaricato il bagnoschiuma e avevo lasciato delle monete sul tavolo che al mio ritorno non c’erano più. Inoltre la stanza presenta un po’ di umidità.

La colazione, personalmente, non mi è piaciuta ed è risultata molto al di sotto degli standard che ci si aspetta da un hotel 5 stelle.

Pros:

Es war okay, der Pool ist gut obwohl sehr viele Liegen keine Polster hatten und es keine Bar gab tagsüber.

Cons:

Für so einen Hotel Standard war ich überrascht, dass man nach Checkout die Einrichtungen nicht für weitere 2-3 Stunden nutzen darf. Ich musste dafü drauf zahlen für Late checkout. Das habe ich noch nicht mal in Hostels erlebt. Frühstück mittelmäßig, kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Angestellte auch eher mittelfreundlich

Pros:

A acomodação tem uma excelente localização, próximo ao metrô , facilitando o acesso ao aeroporto. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e simpáticos, o café da manhã atendeu as minhas expectativas, apresentando várias opções.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, zwar zur Straße, aber trotzdem nicht sehr laut, Baches ruhig.
Der Pool am Dach ist nett, allerdings habe ich ihn nicht genutzt. Das Frühstück war lecker. Die warmen Speisen habe ich nicht probiert, es gab tolles Obst.
Zur Metrostation ist man in ein paar Minuten gelaufen, super für Ausflüge zur Mirafloresschleuse, Amador, Biomuseim usw. Mit L 1 bis Albrook, von dort mit dem Bussen weiter.

Cons:

Die Fugen in der Dusche waren teilweise schwarz, das könnte man mit wenig Aufwand beheben. Mich störte es jedoch nicht.
Ich wollte das Zimmer für 2 Tage verlängern, hätte jedoch den doppelten Preis bezahlen müssen. Da hätte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für mich nicht mehr gestimmt.

Overall experience is below my expectation.
Pros:

Convenient location. Staff was friendly. But the setting is nowhere near a five star hotel. All public areas are quite small. Room size is decent. Hotel is quite new but the quality of costruction materials are low end. Breakfast area is quite small and quality of food is below my expectation. Pool and pool area is quite small. The loung chairs and the head rests are super heavy and I cut my finger accidentally. Be careful when you adjust the head rest.

Cons:

The breakfast food, especially the hot oatmeal. Limited food selection and the area is quite small.

A wonderful hotel!
Pros:

This is a very stylish and fun hotel to stay in. The breakfast was great, the staff were all wonderful. Our junior suite was beautiful!

Cons:

When researching this hotel online, it mentioned the slow food restaurant with a few vegan items. We tried to eat in the restaurant, but there was not one vegan option. It would improve the quality of the hotel to offer a few plant based items.

This hotel has friendly, helpful and great attentive reception staff.
Pros:

Overall the hotel accommodation was good. The breakfast had a very good selection for all types of diets. The fruit, fresh juices, hot cereal were great!

Cons:

All the meats on the breakfast bar were processed, cold cuts. Need more healthier choices. Also, the mini-fridge did not get cold or work, it was even hot inside. I was told by staff, that all of the rooms is like that. There are no ice machines. The staff had to get ice from the restaurant when needed. That is unacceptable for a 4.5 star luxury hotel.
