Excellent accomodation
Pros:

It's a wonderful apartment and is an excellent size. It's walking distance from the river where there are lots of restaurants and it's very close to all amenities. The owners are very friendly and helpful too.

Excellent value for a comfortable stay in a great location!
Pros:

The owners lived below us and made us feel like family! We felt safe at all times and our accommodations were very comfortable. We were in a home, not a large hotel, so we felt more like locals. The owners arranged our transportation to and from the airport. I rented a motorbike for the week and the owner was friends with the bike shop owner. So our landlady called the bike shop and had the bike delivered to our location. She and her husband were extremely helpful with everything. The location was great and we did walk into town. It took us only 10 minutes to walk to the restaurants, shops, and stores.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike. Be aware that this is a home and the price should set your expectations. We purchased some shampoo and soap at a local store.

Pros:

The apartment is very spacious and among other amenities it has a bathtub which is a real benefit if you visit Siem Reap during those months when it is really hot.
The house location is also great. A pool, various markets and the city centre all are within a walking distance (20-30 minutes).
The hostess and her family are very kind and helpful people. I could always rely on their advice.
Should I come to the city again this would definitely be the first place I chose to stay.

apartment in a beautifully renovated traditional house.
Pros:

The apartment is super spacious and in beautifully renovated old house. We loved the wooden floors, ceiling and traditional windows. The apartment is well equipped with its own kitchen, and washing machine. The owner is super friendly and assisted with airport pick up and anything we needed. The location is central yet in a quiet street.

Cons:

the living room has no air-conditioning

Newly opened beautiful homestay
Pros:

Friendly and helpful host. The homestay is located in quiet residential area, within few minutes walking along river to touristic area. The room is spacious with home-like setting though, we haven't used but would be helpful for family vacation or long stay.
Highly recommend Roya Khmer Homestay.
