Pros:

Liked the proximity to the airport as we were travelling with our toddler. Breakfast spread was good.

Cons:

Staff could be friendlier. Food ordered at the pool took ages to arrive. Lots of pigeons at the poolside which took away from the experience. Free airport transfer should be provided especially for Bonvoy members and people travelling with kids. It doesn’t take much but makes a lasting impression on the guest.

For the price they charge they should provide a free drop off to the airport. Even though the hotel is very close to the airport, it’s not very easy to reach the gates by foot.
