Pros:

My family and I found the room to be spacious and well equipped and met all our needs

All the staff, right from the chauffeur at airport pickup till the housekeeping and at the JW Cafe were courteous, friendly, pleasant and always helpful. We had the best possible experience.

Best of it all, the food at JW café was delicious. We tried evening snacks and enjoyed the dinner and breakfast buffet spread.

I want to highlight and appreciate the support at the front desk by Mr.Malik and also drivers for airport transfers.

Overall, we had a comfortable stay.
