• There is hot water and a private fridge in the room.
• All the staff were polite. They quickly fixed the issue with the Wi-Fi and provided us with dishes upon request.
• The bed linen was clean, the bed is large, very comfortable, and looks beautiful.
• The breakfast is tasty, and the terrace is very green and lovely.
• There is no private parking. The public parking is just the roadside. However, we did not have any problems with the car.
• The room was not fully prepared for our arrival: there was a kettle but no cups, tea, or coffee. There was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom, and no complimentary water. However, when we asked, they provided cups, tea, and sugar.
• The floor in the room was dusty; it’s better to wear shoes inside.
• The climb up to the hotel is very difficult! Even if you don’t have luggage and you are young and fit, it will still be hard and take time. This is not the hotel’s fault, but please keep in mind that it will be extremely challenging for elderly people and very young children. It is not accessible by car.
• When we asked one of the staff members to arrange a tuk-tuk ride (12 km from the hotel), he quoted us 4,000 rupees. That is literally the price of a taxi ride in Moscow (the most expensive city in Russia). Even considering bargaining (down to 2,500 rupees), starting with such a high price feels disrespectful to hotel guests. We stayed in 9 different places in Sri Lanka, and everywhere else the hosts were honest with us — but not here.
The hotel is located above the main road and requires climbing many steps to access it. It is surrounded by nature, and we even saw monkeys on the property, which adds to the natural setting. However, because of the many stairs, it is not ideal for families, especially those with young children. The staff kindly helped us carry our luggage up to the hotel, which we appreciated.
We were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. There were no proper bed sheets on the beds — only a fitted sheet and a blanket — which was not very comfortable. Overall hygiene was lacking. The bedsheets and the room were not clean, and we unfortunately found a cockroach in one of the rooms.
There were also frequent power cuts on the first evening, which was inconvenient. The kitchen area was very dirty and clearly not well maintained.
With better cleanliness and more attention to basic comfort, this place could be much improved.
Gute Lage, man ist mit dem TukTuk sehr schnell in Ella oder auch in 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Man ist schnell im Grünen, wir sind von dort zu einem Wasserfall und zum Ella Rock gelaufen.
Die Mitarbeitenden waren super freundlich.

The staff were extremely attentive to our needs and we're happy to accommodate us however they could, the offered complimentary breakfast and also provided laundry services for a small affordable fee, as well as helping set us up with drivers for the two days we stayed which was extremely helpful as we were in Ella during quite a busy time and finding a cab to take us from place to place would have been a lot harder. The facilities were well equipped and the staff were friendly.
Las vistas eran muy bonitas.
Great view, great staff, great breakfast, and the room is super comfortable. The shwoer is excellent too, with hot water. Big balcony. They have a great tuk-tuk tour to interesting sites, not just the touristis ones. Highly recommanded.
Sehr schöne Aussicht auf little Adams Peak. Mit TukTuk für 400-600 LKR von/nach Ella gut zu erreichen.

Struttura immersa nella natura, con il suono della cascata vicina e con la vista delle scimmie sugli alberi. Camere semplici ma spaziose ed accoglienti con balcone per ammirare il fantastico panorama. Il personale è gentile e pronto ad accogliere le nostre richieste. Colazione buona in bella terrazza panoramica.
Ripida salita e scalini per raggiungere la struttura, non adatto a persone con problemi motori. La posizione, anche se la struttura gode di un bellissimo panorama, rispetto al centro di Ella non è ideale

Las vistas son maravillosas, el personal es encantador. El desayuno muy abundante. Las instalaciones tienen todo lo que puedas necesitar y además está cerca de Ella, 5 minutos en tuk tuk o menos, y así lejos del ruido. Relación calidad precio inmejorable

La struttura è poco curata, distante dal centro di Ella (5km ma di strada percorsa da auto, camion e tuk tutk e perdi più buia). Ma il top del disagio è la scalinata ripidissima e lunga che conduce all'hotel e che è percorribile solo a piedi. Con valigie e zaini diventa faticosa in salita e un po' pericolosa in discesa.
La gentilezza e professionalità del giovane gestore molto start e disponibile. Colazione top. Camera iper spaziosa

The place is under construction. The rooms are under construction. It's not clean, and none of the listed amenities actually exist. The access to the place is dangerous – it includes a steep, unpaved dirt road followed by ninety steps. It's disappointing that Booking.com doesn't check the safety and condition of a place before listing it. Not recommended.
