Pros:

Great location and good value. Friendly staff.

Cons:

It was a slightly odd atmosphere. I think mostly because construction work is still taking place (although it wasn't too disruptive) so it has the feeling of being half finished. It is also quite big but I didn't see any other guests whilst I was there.

Overall very good. I would stay there again
Pros:

Magic view hotel was comfortable quiet tranquil and the views were beautiful loved the balcony. The bed was comfortable.and I liked that it was in a location where there were no windows.The bathroom had all the conscience and the shower with hot water was great. Supplying a kettle and fridge was useful. The hotel was close to all amenities and shops. I would stay there again.

Cons:

More toilet paper should be provided. I was not aware that the gate was locked as I could not leave early to catch transportation to Yerevan at 9am. No one was at the reception at 8.30am I had to climb over the stone fence to leave otherwise I would have missed the marshrutka to Yerevan

Хороший отель, рекомендую для проживания и отдыха.
Pros:

Отличный отель на окраине Гориса, но при этом в непосредственной близости от отеля расположен парк, кафе, рестораны, магазины. Открывается прекрасный вид из отеля на горы. В отеле чисто и уютно. Отдельную благодарность хотелось выразить хозяину отеля.

The people were very friendly. I will definitely be back! The hospitality was amazing and I love coming back to my country because of the hospitality, the generosity, and the kindness from my people. I’m originally from Yerevan but I want to come back and stay in Goris that’s how much I loved it. The people are so kind and caring! The hotel was very beautiful and I’m going to tell my friends and family to come and stay here.

Номера просторные и комфортные. Персонал - супер. Вид из окон номеров - просто невероятный. Однозначно рекомендую.

Cons:

Не могу отнести к минусам, скорее, просто предупредить. Завтрак не включен, он за дополнительную плату. Но сам завтрак недорогой и просто потрясающий!

Pros:

The room was spacious, comfortable and beyond my expectations, the location is in a quieter part of town and with beautiful views of Old Goris. Close to shops, restaurants and the Yerevan marshrutka stop. The family is very nice.

Если бы можно было поставить этому отелю 100, то я непременно бы это сделала. Остановились в этом чудесном месте на 2 ночи. Несказанно повезло, нам сделали апгрейд номера. Заселили в номер с большим балконом, с которого открываются бесподобные виды на Каменный лес. В номере чисто. Есть всё необходимое. Вместительный, отлично работающий холодильник с морозилкой. Чайник, фен, мыльно-рыльные принадлежности в наличии. Постельное бельё и полотенца идеального белого цвета. Кровать широкая, матрас удобный. Высыпались просто чудесно. Завтраки очень сытные и вкусные. Мы столько не съедали, сколько нам предлагали. Стол накрывался индивидуально. Пошли нам на встречу, организовав завтраки по-раньше. Персонал сказочной доброты, гостеприимный, отзывчивый, улыбчивый. Благодарю за всё! Желаю этому отелю процветания и расширения!

A good choice despite being on the edge of town and the immediate surroundings.
Pros:

The room was large, the balcony has great views of the unique rock formations. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient despite the language barrier (only Armenian and Russian spoken); Google Translate was pretty essential!

Cons:

The immediate surrounds and executor of the hotel look awful - decaying buildings, graffiti, grim grey concrete, etc. But don’t be put off - once you get to the room it’s rather impressive.
