I would without doubt stay another time if opportunity comes
Pros:

Staff attentiveness and overall willingness of hotel staff to maintain customer satisfaction requirements. Breakfast provided was descent.

Cons:

A/C may need to be put on regular maintenance inspection regime to identify the early failure modes especially during hot summer time in Barda.
