Great spot but watch out for the steps
Pros:

The location was perfect as we could walk to many of the main attractions. The tram stop was easy walking distance (5 mins) so other attractions where very easy to get to.

Cons:

The apartment was on the 3rd floor and the steps were VERY steep (45 of them). No lift. Luckily the owners son carried our bags up or we would not have been able to stay. I did not find this mentioned on the booking site. I wouldn't have booked this apartment if I'd known, been caught like this before and now look for this on booking sites. It wasn't mentioned.

Very nice, I would stay here again
Pros:

We liked the apartment a lot. It was very clean and had all conveniences. We were also very pleased to meet the hosts who are very hospitable.
Also the location is very good: it's not far from a tram stop, there are lots of restaurants nearby, and there is a grocery store right next to the apartment.

Cons:

It would be great to add a night lamp into the rooms, because the main light is a bit too bright for the evening.
