Pros:

Value for money, good breakfast, good staff. Location is good away from Thekkady crowd but easy to reach lake and other locations.

Pros:

It's a service apartment, so expect large rooms, balcony, living room and a dining hall, and all of these in a reasonable charge, similar to a good hotel. This is a family run business, so service might sometimes get a bit delayed, but they are very courteous and will help in every way possible. Location is amazing, just 7km far from city hustle, in a small, silent part of city with ample greenery and numerous spice gardens nearby. They provide ample parking space, and the property is on the Munnar highway, so no tricky maneuver required, or narrow road included. Peace of mind is for sure.

Cons:

Nothing as such related to the property, but restaurants are a bit scarce in this area. You need to drive 2-3 kms for that. Alternatively, you can ask the hotel to get the food, and they will get it.

It was a pleasant stay
Pros:

The entire staff is extremely hospitable and cooperative. The only issue we had was that we needed to walk to the next building and climb stairs to the fourth floor for breakfast. When I inquired about the possibility of having breakfast delivered to our room, they enthusiastically and happily agreed. When we ask for assistance, they will arrive at our doorstep within a few minutes.

Cons:

Kindly ensure that the rooms are smoke-free. We, as a couple who travel the world, have discovered that only a small number of hotels worldwide permit smoking in their premises. A small group of people smoking right in front of our door is bringing in the disgusting odour in our room.

Overall it was good stay.
Pros:

I liked the property owners. They were polite.
Also, we stayed at 2BHK apartment which was decent in size.

Cons:

The room could have been more cleaner.
We saw cockroach and big spider near our beds in our room.

Pros:

Relatively clean and good room and bathroom.

Cons:

Breakfast was for 3 morning in a row Iddli and Puri, rather cold, with little tea

We noticed few coakroaches, although everything looked clean.

A Lovely Stay
Pros:

Location. It was very easy to navigate using GPS
Staff. They are proactive, helpful and will go out of way to ensure your comfort
Perfect hot and cold water
Breakfast. We loved it.

Cons:

Please start a in- house dinner service or put a induction / microwave in the kitchen as there are no eateries around and one has to either order in time from a restaurant or needs to pack their food while returning from sightseeing. But in both the cases, the food gets cold at the time of dinner, so a in-house service or a reheating service will solve this problem
