Pros:

The staff make a hotel, and the staff at this place go a very long way out of their way to help. An extremely friendly team who welcomed me like an old friend rather just a returning guest.
The rooms are very nice, the beds are extremely comfortable with good pillows and high quality cotton bedware. The shower was powerful and there was endless hot water to smooth away the aches. I really cannot fault this place, it’s my haven in Dalingshan.

Cons:

I really have no dislikes. It’s a super clean place, now with a laundry service and breakfast facilities.

Spoilt by strong chemical smell in the lifts and rooms
Cons:

There is a terrible chemical smell in the rooms lifts and corridors. I reported it.
I reported it the previous time I stayed here.

The staff said it was air freshener and very quickly supplied an "air purifier unit", which makes me suspect that this a problem that is occuring frequently.

The smell was bad on entering the room, and got very strong in the late evening, and I think it was ducted into the rooms through the air conditioner?

It was like CS Tear gas, made me sneeze and my eyes were sore and full of tears.

I will not stay in this hotel again because of this.

I also dislike the lack of a laundry service.
