Comfortable stay with family on arrival into Tokyo
Pros:

Very helpful reception staff
Luggage transport to next destination was possible using Yamato via the 7Eleven next door
Local park nearby if you are into running
Comfortable stay for elderly parents
Overall hotel and reception are trained to support English-speaking travellers
Would consider again in Tokyo

Cons:

The kitchen was lacking a few proper big bowls for ramen soup making at home
Would also have been nice with a colander kitchen utensil
Tokyo Tower view was only possible at an angle from the bedroom, which was probably not worth the room upgrade for it (I would not pay more than 30USD if offered)
The local neighbourhood may seem a bit too quiet for some travellers

Pros:

Классное местоположение - в очень спокойном зелёном районе в 10 минутах от токийской телевизионной башни. Сам отель напоминает университетский кампус. Внизу можно сделать кофе и пополнить запасы воды, а так же зарезервировать индивидуальную сауну. Есть спортзал. 7/11 в соседнем здании. Номер хороший, есть где открыть пару чемоданов. Если не ожидаете пятизвёздочного номера - тогда вам с этим отелем по пути, могу рекомендовать :)
