Un hotel perfecto pero con falta de personal
Pros:

La habitación de la primera noche era muy bonita y amplia, nos cambiaron la 2 noche a otra de al lado también bonita y más pequeña porque cuando llegamos de nuestra excursión a las 18h, la entrada de la habitación había un charco de agua por una gotera .
Las camas eran muy cómodas
La ubicación excelente, cerca de todo

Cons:

Cuando llevamos y nos encontramos el charco,avisamos al recepcionista para que lo limpiaran y avisaran a alguien de mantenimiento pero no había nadie más que él en el hotel y ni siquiera nadie de guardia por si pasaba una cosa así. Nos parece que un hotel de 4* debería tener alguien para situaciones de este tipo, el recepcionista muy amable nos ofreció la habitación de al lado que estaba libre pero tuvimos que cambiar todo lo que teníamos ya desplegado en la habitación anterior ,todo esto nos llevó tiempo y veníamos muy cansados de la excursión que habíamos hecho desde por la mañana.

le séjour a été agréable, avec de belles visites .

L'accueil du personnel de l'hôtel fut très agréable, avec de belles prestations
Le lit très confortable, le petit déjeuner copieux, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est à proximité de la gare et proche du centre ville.

Cons:

Rien de particulier. En un cours séjour il est difficile de se prononcer.

Wonderful stay in Avignon.
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located along the main pedestrian street easily accessible to all of the major sights. The room was clean and large for a family of four. The breakfast offered a wide variety and was very good. The staff are excellent and very helpful.

Cons:

Nothing.

Agréable séjour dans cette belle ville d'avignon ou nous avons fait de merveilleuses visites
Pros:

Le calme de notre chambre qui était située coté cour, le petit déjeuner , bien qu'il manquait le lard pour accompagner les oeufs brouillés.
Nous avons également apprécié la gentillesse du personnel de l'établissement ainsi que sa disponibilité à notre égard.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas de commentaires négatifs à apporter.

Pros:

La chambre était propre spacieuse, confortable bien isolée avec une belle vue sur le presbytère derrière.
Les produits de toilettes étaient très biens.
Le petit déjeuner était bon.
Le personnel était sympathique à l'écoute et réactif.
Je reviendra surement lors de mon prochain séjour à Avignon.

Cons:

Rien à redire.
Peut être plus d'option pour le petit déjeuner en chaud salé.

Super hôtel.
Pros:

La proximité de la gare en fait un lieu idéal pour la découverte du centre ville historique.
L'accueil et la bienveillance de toute l'équipe à rendu le séjour très agréable. Nous conseillons fortement cette adresse.

Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Hilfsbereit, hat uns ein wunderbares Restaurant empfohlen…

Cons:

In der Nacht leider viel Lärm durch Straßenreinigung, also besser Zimmer nach hinten buchen. Internet leider schlecht.
