The staff were incredible
Pros:

The staff were absolutely brilliant and made my stay feel really special. A big shout out goes to Lily - the hotel manager, who was absolutely phenomenal.

The hotel is in a great location and it was quiet at night despite it being central.

Kind staff, great location, located at the old quarter
Pros:

A nice and clean hotel just a few steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake. The staff and concierge were always very kind and helpful. We had the smallest room, so there wasn’t much space to open our luggage on the floor, but larger rooms are available. The bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.

Breakfast has a limited selection, but the staff were kind and attentive, and you get a beautiful view of the lake from the rooftop where breakfast is served. We also had a late flight, and the hotel kindly allowed us to come back for a shower after checkout, which was greatly appreciated.

The customer service is excellent, the location is perfect for sightseeing in Hanoi, and I can definitely recommend staying here.

Plutôt au calme près du lac et de l’animation frénétique des rues adjacentes
Pros:

À deux pas du lac dans une ruelle sans trop de circulation, l’hôtel tout en hauteur est assez récent. Standing correct et bon confort , débit d’eau assez faible à certaines heures. Petit déjeuner en roof top, très agréable et assez complet. Personnel professionnel et souriant

Le sommier du lit grinçait beaucoup !

great location 50m from Hoan Kiem lake. Staff were generally helpful, some language issues. The rooftop room/terrace was great but also see below comments

Cons:

Rooftop no longer open evenings, although plenty of other options nearby. Our 2 main issues were:
1. Breakfast - needs a refrigeration unit as food all left out in open air 30 degrees plus. Also the coffee cups are miniscule, need to be bigger
2. Room- smaller than photos show is a little cramped, but not major issue. Bathroom ok. Airco was a little variable both noise and temp wise

Spectacular
Pros:

The hotel is located in the old city, close to everything, and on a quiet street. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was good, and the breakfast was delicious. The best part: the staff's attention—friendly and always willing to help. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we are in Hanoi.
