宿泊代もお値打ちで、サービスも朝食も大満足です！
Pros:

ツインのお部屋でしたが、清潔で収納もたくさんあり、２日間快適に過ごす事ができました。朝食は毎朝、卵料理の種類を聞いてくれます。温菜、サラダ、パン、フルーツ全て2〜3種類あり、コーヒー、フレッシュジュース！充分な量で美味しかったです！最上階でホアンキエム湖を眺めながら食事ができて最高てました！スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーでとても親切でした。ツアーデスクのリリーさんには、とてもお世話になりました。空港までの送迎、市内観光ツアーとハロン湾クルーズの予約をしていただきました！２つツアーを予約すると、片道の空港送迎が無料になるサービスも利用させていただきました。またハノイに行く時は宿泊したいと思います。友人にも、絶対にお勧めします！

シャワーの水圧が少し弱くて、洗い流すのに時間がかかりました。冷蔵庫の温度が高めで、ビールがあまり冷えていなかったです。

Fantastic location, clean and nice rooms, exceptional staff who go out your way to make you feel welcome
Pros:

Centre Point is in a brilliant location, literally 2 minute walk and you’re at the Lake. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.
Hotel itself is very pleasant, it’s clean and has all the facilities you need. The breakfast is very nice and the views from the breakfast room are great.
The real star of the hotel is Miss Lily the manager. Even before we arrived in Vietnam she went out of her way to help us makes plans/organise transfers. When we arrived she was fantastic from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. She was absolutely brilliant and the other members of staff are all lovely as well. Thank you much for the warmest welcome into Vietnam!

L'accueil, Lili est une personne exceptionnelle qui fait tout pour que votre séjour se passe à merveille. Le personnel est également au petit soin et très accueillant...
L'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la ville. La vue du rooftop pour le petit déjeuner est superbe !!
Les chambres sont grandes et agréables.
Je recommande à 100% cet hôtel.

Personel çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcı. Lily turları ayarlamak konusunda çok ilgili ve nazik. Kahvaltı oldukça yeterli. Konum tam merkezde gece pazarı ve birçok şey yürüme mesafesinde.

Ik heb een heel fijn verblijf gehad.
Pros:

Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk.
De kamer was schoon en fijn. Prachtige badkamer.
Heel goede locatie.

Cons:

Ontbijt vond ik tegenvallen. De ontbijtzaal is benauwd en het rook en niet lekker.

Excellent hotel in Hanoi. Great staff, always available to help and suggest what you can do around. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, very clean amd silent, ensuring a good sleep. I can definitely recommend it.
