The location was ideal. It was walking distance to night life and restaurants as well as a quiet lake. The street was slightly quieter but still close to the hustle of the old quarter.
Best of all, the staff was extremely friendly, nice, and helpful in all aspects of booking transportation to tours. I would come back for the staff alone!!

Location, location, location. It is small and quiet but is clean and has many options.
This hotel is in the perfect location on a little side street without all the crazy traffic of Hanoi. Close to everything! Great breakfast room with view of the lake. Staff was amazing and helped me book an airport pick up and day tour so that it was all organized for me upon my arrival. I would stay at this hotel again anytime.

Prijazen sprejem na recepciji, podali so nam veliko koristnih informacij glede vseh aktivnosti. Glede na to, da sva priletela pred uro , ko greš lahko v sobo, sva bila zelo hvaležna, da sva lahko šla v sobo prej.Gospa, ki skrbi za pojasnila v zvezi z vsem, kar zanima turista je bila zelo prijazna in se nama je zelo posvetila. Ogromno potujeta po celem svetu, a tako prisrčnega sprejema in podanih koristnih informacij še nisva doživela.Lokacija je odlična, zraven jezera in v bližini tržnice, ki se odvija med vikendi in v bližini gledališča lutk.
Pod tušem ni bilo police za odložiti mila.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter de nombreux points d’intérêt à pieds. Même le spectacle de marionnettes sur l’eau est tout proche !
Очень отзывчивый персонал. Организовали экскурсию в бухту Халонг. Предоставили трансфер от аэропорта и обратно. Местоположение в самом центре.

Все понравилось, остановились в видовом номере, но окна были немного грязные.
Our room was small but comfortable, no view but we only used it to sleep at night so no problem. Bed, linen, pillows etc were great as was the shower. Breakfast was great they offer a little of everything which is more than adequate. The staff were great, super friendly and Lily on the tourist desk was amazing. She organised all our trips and tours. We were in the heart of Hanoi old quarter yet were not disturbed by any noise. Just around the corner from the well known The Note coffee shop and lake. ATM and SIM cards are very close by. We could easily walk to restaurants and shops. It's crazy busy but delightful.
We stayed for 3 nights then went to Sapa for 3 nights before returning for one more night. They stored our large luggage while we were away. This is exceptionally great value for money.

De schoonmaak moest net op moment dat we even rustten en het kon niet later, dus dan maar niet. De dag ervoor werd bij ontbijt al schoongemaakt- maar is maar klein puntje hoor

中心地であるが騒音は全くなし。
朝ごはんは洋風のものとヴェトナム風なものがあった。味は普通。
現金支払いだと5%オフにしてくれる。
シャワー室にシャンプー類を置く棚がない。
レストランが９階だが、エレベーターでは８階までしか行けない。
枕が高すぎて寝れなかった。
