Séjour correct, mais un manque de transparence et de coordination qui nuit à l’expérience

Chambre propre, bien chauffée, et propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeant.
Bonne qualité/quantité des repas du soir

Cons:

- Aucun desk d’accueil dans la résidence où nous logions.
- Arrivées à Alpenhohf, dirigées vers Monte Moro, pour découvrir que toute la gestion (check-in, passes, réservations) se faisait en réalité à Pirmin Zurbringen. Celui-ci n’est pas clairement identifié comme desk central : dans le message automatique de Booking, il est uniquement mentionné comme l’endroit où se trouvent le spa et les soins.
- Les repas (petit-déjeuner et dîner) se font dans un bâtiment différent de l’hébergement, à environ 3–4 minutes à pied. En plein hiver, à -7°, ces déplacements matin et soir sont peu agréables, d’autant plus qu’une salle de restauration existe dans notre résidence mais n’est pas utilisée.
- Confusion entre la confirmation de réservation qui dit qu'on a pas de repas, et la confirmation d'un demi-pension en arrivant.
- Erreur d'organisation multiples (soins/heure de restaurant..)
- Pour un établissement classé 3 étoiles : aucun savon, gel douche ou shampoing à l’arrivée, pas de bouilloire, pas d’eau, pas de frigo, chaînes TV très limitées. Nous avons dû demander les mandier à Monte Moro et acheter notre propre savon.
- Le propriétaire/et plusieurs personnels nous ont par ailleurs admis par téléphone que les messages Booking ne sont pratiquement jamais consultés

Det fremgik ikke at vi skulle være i en anden bygning 400M længere væk
Vinduet på badeværelset kunne ikke lukkes og blev ikke udbedret under vores ophold - 4 overnatninger

Vollblut Gastgeber mit viel Scharm und Freundlichkeit - immer für den Gast da !
Pros:

Total unkompliziert und man konnte mit den Leuten reden und es hat immer eine Lösung gegeben.
Personal ist voll flexibel und geht auf den Gast ein. Super freundlich !!

Wunderbar, Preis-Leistung passte perfekt. Sehr, sehr freundliches, motiviertes Personal
Pros:

Perfektes Frühstück mit wirklich allem was das Herz begehrt im Nachbar Hotel Pirmin Zurbriggen, 100m zu laufen. Die
Wellnessanlage konnte dort auch benutzt werden, schade, dass auf Booking nichts gestanden hat, das wir da einen Aufpreis zahlen müssen.
Das 5 Gang Abendmenu auch wieder im Hotel Pirmin Zurbriggen war sensationell, herzlichen Dank
