Great accommodation
Pros:

Fantastic location, new and very modern. Unit has everything you need. WiFi was fantastic.

Cons:

Check-in process was a total disaster. Took me 1½ hrs to get sorted. Struggled for 20mins to find the allocated parking bay. Then had to download an app on my phone and follow steps to link an account, which then controlled the smart look of the door via Bluetooth. As an international traveller, this could be a nightmare, if you're not setup on mobile data yet and relying on WiFi. The only place to use a laptop was a small round glass table top, which is not mouse friendly. I would have preferred better quality pillows as well. I dont recall seeing any pictures of the bathroom and was hoping there was a bath, but it only had a shower.

I was very upset with no parking.
Pros:

The room was not clean and the fridge was not good and i cannot see when people come.

Cons:

I didn't like the environment and the apartment. There were no wifi outside the appartment.

Pros:

The place is clean and secured. No receptionist but the check in information was so accurate and pass code were updated every morning in time.

Disrespectful guests staying in the other apartments

The washing machine and shower

Cons:

The rude guests staying on the 12th floor making excessive noise and parking in my parking bay. The construction noise, the construction site is basically in the apartment. Can’t open the sliding door to ventilate due to construction dust. The construction noise begins early in the morning until the evening
