Pros:

The hotel was perfect in all sense...staff was awesome...housekeeping excellent..very very clean hotel...i really enjoy my staff.. it was in the centre of all facilities...Thanks to staff of budacco..continue the great job

Just the taxi cant get to the hotel doorstep..but 2 min walk is ok....

The Perfect Pitstop
Pros:

The hotel is located right in the middle of Pratunam market which makes it convenient to go around and shop.

Cons:

Taxi cannot locate it easily especially when you come first time from the airport. We were dropped somewhere else.

I like the location just within pratunam market and near platinum mall and central world

Cons:

The bathroom lacks toiletries shelves, hangers and also no mirror inside the toilet only outside. Also the bathroom tissue is very thin and easily to tear. Also the laundry area needs payment of 50 bath wash and 50 baht dry unlike other hotels you can do laundry for free. No water and soda machine. Also room is not that sound proof. And they only gives one room key even if you have a twin room. it so hassle to ask and let the front desk open the room. They should give 2 room keys. Password in your room is different from the lobby so need to login and connect again. And every room has different password. Hassle again.

1. The location, i love how I can just go down and find lots of food to buy, and clothes to shop.
2. The room, the bed is so big and comfy, the aircon temp is just right, and the room is spacious when I can organize all the things that I bought from the market and my big luggages.

Clean, Comfortable, and Well Located
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel during my Bangkok trip. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist whenever needed.
The biggest advantage of this property is its excellent location in the Pratunam area. Many popular shopping destinations such as Pratunam Night Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, CentralWorld, Big C, and the local markets are within walking distance. There are also plenty of street food options nearby, and a 7-Eleven is just around the corner, making it very convenient for travellers.
For Indian travelers, there are several Indian restaurants in the vicinity. If you enjoy authentic Thai food, the nearby food courts and local eateries offer plenty of great options within walking distance.
My only suggestion would be for the hotel to consider adding a breakfast service. It would make the stay even more convenient, especially for guests who prefer to start their day without having to go out looking for food.
Overall, this is a great value-for-money property with clean rooms, a helpful team, and an unbeatable location. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.
