Property Description

The Casa Romana Boutique Hotel is the only hotel in Seville made of two house-palaces (Domus and Villa) on Calle Trajano, offering surroundings inspired by the city's Mediterranean legacy. Rooms are arranged around central atrium and classic patios with fountains, and two rooftop terraces have saltwater pools and a solarium.

Deluxe Room With Solarium and pool access has private pool access from 21:00 to 09:00 and that the pool and solarium are shared with other guests from 09:00 to 21:00. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Really enjoyed, our room was lovely, staff were great and would recommend.
Pros:

Our room was great, it was quiet and had all we needed for our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were not in the main hotel building, we were located across the road in the other hotel building of hotel. This meant we didn't really use the facilities the hotel had to offer such as front lounges or roof top areas. We didn't have breakfast included and only used the breakfast area once. Unfortunately at the time we stayed there was a lot of roadwork in the street, it didn't affect our hotel stay. As the roadwork was right outside our building when we did go down for breakfast, we walked further up the street to move away from the roadworks. Not the fault of hotel, just unfortunate timing.

Convenient but pricey for what it is
Pros:

Location in the city centre. Roof top bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful .. especially when dealing with our compliant.

Cons:

Major sewage works directly outside the hotel meaning you had to walk up and down the street to get around the blocked road when getting to the rooms in the building across the road. Road was noisy and very smelly … none of which we were advised about when booking or before arrival. The ground floor room provided originally smelt damp and only had one widow for natural light that faced onto the room next doors patio area.

We would definitely stay here again, it was amazing value.
Pros:

During our stay the staff were exceptional, they could not do enough for us. The room was lovely and it was really nice to have a small pool to cool off in after a hot day in the city.

Verborgen parel in Sevilla
Pros:

Alles. Prachtig ingericht hotel midden in de oude binnenstad. Leuke kleine winkeltjes en horeca overal om je heen. Bezienswaardigheden en andere wijken op loopafstand. Zeer vriendelijk en correct personeel. Niets is teveel. Het hotel bestaat uit twee delen: twee huizen tegenover elkaar. De hoofdlocatie heeft een 24/7 bemensde receptie, een lounge en een rooftopbar met buitenzwembad. Het andere huis heeft een beveiligde ingang en nog meer kamers. Wij hadden de ruime kamer met privé zwembad op de bovenste verdieping. Dit zwembad is helemaal voor jou tijdens je verblijf en NIET(zoals in de gegevens van Booking stond, alleen vanaf 9 uur in de avond!). Ook het hele terras dat bij het zwembad hoort, is dan privé. Een enorme aanrader voor huwelijksreis of als je gewoon samen wilt zijn.

Para repetir una y otra vez
Pros:

El personal majísimo, haciendo agradable la llegada y la estancia tanto a los adultos como a los niños, con los que tuvieron varios detalles durante la estancia. Además, la habitación es muy bonita y agradable, y la piscina en la terraza del tejado aunque es pequeña, es un lugar agradable. La ubicación también nos gustó, en un barrio muy agradable y cerca caminando del centro, la catedral, ...

Cons:

Aunque nos gustó todo, quizá diría que la habitación no era muy espaciosa para ir con 2 niños aunque eran pequeños y me da la sensación que algunas instalaciones se pueden aprovechar más para parejas que para familias con niños muy pequeños, aunque nada en absoluto fue malo.
