Mọi việc đều tốt trong tầm giá.

Cons:

Booking là tệ nhất trong các dịch vụ đặt khách sạn. Giá tiền đã có 8% VAT nhưng lại không xuất hóa đơn cho khách. Liên hệ Booking thì không được trả lời. Mọi người không nên dùng Booking.

Clean & Comfy, just need to improve some details (moisture traces, door lock system..)

Very clean
Large rooms & comfortable beds

Cons:

1) Staff doesn't speak english
2) The card lock system didn't work, I literally had to call an employee to open the door every time I wanted to get in.
3) Breakfast should be done by a professional & should comply with kitchen hygiene standards.

Pros:

Service staff was very helpful. Location is good. Overall is clean.

Cons:

The beds were unacceptable. Can feel the wire mesh. Can’t sleep on it at all. Check out the moment we reached. No solution can be offered for the bed.

Pros:

One of the suites was very big and the beds where nice. We also had a small fridge in the room.

Cons:

Unfriendly guy at the reception ask me why I can still book the normal room if they're just suites left.
We good two rooms and one was horrible. The beds were super uncomfortable and not as described in the pictures.

Pros:

The staff was nice and helped us to book the airport taxi through the Grab app so that was a plus for us because the fare was fair.

Cons:

however the staff the staff was not fluent in English enough during that time of the day so the room rules or indications were not told making us be a little confused on where to dry clothes resulting in having wet socks at the end of our stay.
