The bed was fairly comfortable
As soon as we arrived outside was not exactly as the pictures perceived it to be. The kids area was full of rubbish and generally looking very unplesant. There was broken furniture out and rubbish on the floor. We walked passed piles of rubbish which included open pizza boxes with left over pizza inside on out way to try and get checked in.
There was a very over powering smell on our way to the room and inside the room which turned out to be some very very strong liquid fragrance.
The room was small which isnt the end of the world, but the lighting was terrible coupled with a small window made it tricky.
The shower looked awful. Small and old. It had obviously had the old tiles painted over and the sealent and old screw holes in the wall wernt exactly appealing. The wood to the back of the toilet is all black and rotten looking.
The restaurant was dead and the bar nearly as quiet. Eating there didn't look to appealing so we went out.
Both nights there were rats in the walls running behind our heads which obviously wasn't nice - mabey back and too to the left over food outside?
Very friendly staff. Great food. Excellent choice of beer and ciders.
Room clean tidy . Had all what was needed.
Personal choice bed mattress very soft.
Wifi didnt reach our end of corridor
Nice friendly village ,good for a stop over.
The pub restaurant was unexpectedly closed on the evening and there was no prior notification.
The location was near our relatives house
Comfy beds
Not very clean, dirty doors, bathroom mould, found a tablet on the floor
Wonderful friendly host and staff. So helpful. A busy, vibey pub that is clearly the centre of the village. Perfect location for Ragley Hall.
Very old country pub/hotel full of character situated opposite the village green. Great pub atmosphere along with excellent food and a a good range of craft beers. Rob the owner and the staff are very friendly and immensely helpful - even arranging an Uber for me at 04:30 in the morning!!
Not applicable as everything was above and beyond what I expected.
Good location for what we wanted to do .
No breakfast was available on certain days .
Was in a nice quiet town and above a bar so great for getting drinks when needed
I am a very tall person and I got a room where I had to duck a going in and out and walking around inside. The bath room had a bath that was way too small and no shower. Not sure about the other rooms but this was room 1
Very cute and quirky but comfortable bed and lovely area

Location good, friendly staff member who was on her own but nothing was too much trouble.
Comfy bed
No staff at night. Rooms need decorating. Quite expensive for what you get
The kitchen was closed and there would be no food for at least 24 hours. Caitlin, although left completely alone on property, was polite and sympathetic. She phoned manager who agreed to cancellation as no food available in the Inn or village. We were told to contact your company for full refund.
The kitchen had been flooded the previous evening. Had we been notified beforehand that no food was available, we would have chosen not to stay. As it was we were faced with an unacceptable situation. We requested a full refund. We left and spent 2 hours finding last minute alternative accommodation. The room could not have been let to anyone else under the circumstances. The accommodation falls short of online photos. We are still awaiting refund.
Good service, good food, comfortable accomodation
Nothing significant
Location and the bed was clean
No hot water when needed and apart from the bed linen and towels, the cleanliness left a great deal to be desired.
A great stay at The Bulls Head. A lovely historical building with good food and super friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The bathrooms in our rooms were a bit tired, but clean and perfectly fit for purpose.
The staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. We had a lovely dinner and breakfast. Really friendly pub. Will definitely visit again.
