Pros:

Walking distance from Rajamangala Stadium but a bit far. Good enough when you go to concert. Nice staff.

Good for families seeking budget rooms for short stays.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Somewhat old hotel. Had basic facilities including mini fridge and microwave oven. Beds are not very comfortable. I ordered a family room which had only one bathroom for 5. Manageable for short stays to visit basic attractions of Bangkok. Good for people looking for a budget room.

Excellent location near pier for boat travel (bus also nearby), and near Ramkamhaeng night market for delicious local food and shopping. More excellent local food can be found on soi 29 as well.
