It is rare to find a team so dedicated to hospitality; they made us feel less like guests and more like family. Their genuine kindness and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable and relaxing.
Every aspect of the service was seamless, and the atmosphere of the hotel made it incredibly easy to unwind. We left feeling completely refreshed and already started planning our next trip back.

Great experience and would use the same as well as recommend to family members and friends.
Pros:

Very welcoming check-in staff, excellent breakfast with very good staff and Manager. The location is walking distance to some tourist attractions and Grand/ Spice bazaar and good restaurants.
Staff was Great.

Cons:

Elevator are little small but nothing to complain about as it works perfectly.

جميع الطاقم الفندق بشوش و مبتسم و خدوم و يرحبون فيك اثناء الدخول او الخروج. ويوجد موظفه اسمها كوثر مختصه لخدمة و أخذ اراء النزلاء بما يعني ان مهتمين بالعملاء. و الفطور متنوع و المكيف بااااارد

זה חוזר על עצמו שוב ושוב .. צוות אדיר שירות מעולה שבאף בית מלון לא קבלתי שירות כזה .. כל הצוות של המלון מתייחסים אלי כאילו אני חבר שלהם ודואגים לעזור לי בכל נושא .. במיוחד בחור שקוראים לו ריאד

Pros:

Es war sehr sauber, schöne große Zimmer. Sehr zentral. Direkt an der Bahn, an der marmaray, an den Fähren an den Bussen. Man kommt von hier aus überall direkt hin. Die Mitarbeiter super nett sehr freundlich. Man bekommt direkt ein Lächeln ins Gesicht, wenn man das Hotel betritt. Ich war letztes Jahr schon da. Dieses Jahr wieder und nächstes Jahr komme ich auch!
