Cons:

Very disappointing experience. The staff, including the manager, were rude. There is only one lift, and security asked someone to step out so another guest could use it.
They prioritise only those who booked directly with them. If you’re planning your wedding morning prep here, I would strongly advise against it.

A worthwhile, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. It includes a wide range of local and international meals. So there was something to suit everyone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The setup and ambiance were warm and inviting. Great Wifi and convinient location.

Cons:

Rooms were turned over later in the day, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

Pros:

The location, the staff and the facilities...and the restaurant food as well....very nice

Cons:

The bathroom drainage can be worked on as there were loads of water overflowing to the toilet during shower and its like a pool after shower

the overall experience was great. We actually extended our stay.
Pros:

The breakfast location was alright.

Cons:

The setup for the executive room was off. Room 102. The work table was behind a wall with no chair or light lamp. Not quite sure why the bathroom sliding door was missing.

In February, I recently stayed at this hotel and, to be candid, I was somewhat disappointed with the front desk staff. The staff who handled the desk on the evening of the 15th until the 16th of February exhibited a lack of basic customer service. I initially believed that I had spoken to the incorrect individual, but when I consulted with several individuals at the restaurant, they all shared the same sentiment. Furthermore, her demeanour was rather rude. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Moses for his exceptional hospitality.

On a separate note, the rooms were quite clean. However, I noticed that the curtains were coming off, and in the second room I had booked, the curtains were even worse. For a five-star hotel, management should consider addressing these minor details.
