Another perfect stay
Pros:

My partner and I originally booked for 3 nights, but it was so perfect here we extended our stay for an additional 3 nights! Thank you Suilma and Nohemí for making us feel at home and for all the hospitality. Casa Ava is so beautiful, comfortable and just steps away from the beach! We can’t wait to come back.

Cons:

Mosquitos were hungry this time of year.

Little piece of paradise, we can’t wait to return.
Pros:

Great little find
Pros:

Location can't be beat; close to the main drag but just far enough (1 block) to be quiet and peaceful. Literally steps from the beach. Loved the sound of the waves at night. Very clean and a very comfortable bed and great pillows. My room had a desk and chair which was helpful. AC worked very well and the big window let in a nice breeze at night with the AC off. Pretty little patio area. Very quiet, no parties. This place is a definite upgrade from most of the hostel-style places in town, at a reasonable price.

Cons:

No hot water but that is standard in Mazunte. It would have been nice to have a small fridge and coffee maker/hot water for tea or coffee.

Access to the beach, clean rooms, and safe venue makes this location a top pick for my wife and I.
Pros:

Cleanliness of the room was top tier. The staff was friendly and even asked politely if we wanted our room clean in between the days that we were staying. Staff was also very helpful with getting my car parked at a safe location. Staff and host were extremely hospitality focused.

Cons:

The door to the room requires you to double check to see if you secured it closed. I screwed up and left it open over night while we were there. The venue is super safe, though I apologize to the staff and host for making this mistake.

It was only one night so having no coming area wasn’t bad but I won’t stay longer. Everything else was great.
Pros:

Location was very central.

Cons:

There was no parking but we managed to squeeze 2 bikes in at the gate. There was no common area to relax in other than the room.

Es un lugar muy bonito con ubicación privilegiada.
Tienes tiendita y café en la esquina, todo cerca de la playa.
La habitación amplia y cómoda y el patio bien, todo siempre limpio.
Es seguro y no te enteras si hay muchos huéspedes, lo cual es excelente si tu plan es ir a descansar.
Buena presión de agua en la regadera.

Cons:

Sería un excelente lugar para descanso si las cortinas taparan la parte superior de las ventanas, o agregaran una cortina corrediza completa, ya qué a pesar de tener buenas cortinas, entra toda la luz y no permite buen descanso.
No se oscurece bien, se dejan las luces y foquitos prendidos toda la noche y pega directo en esas ventanitas.
