Nayan's Paradise

Quiet location, very quiet stay.

Peaceful location , private small pool and shared big pool ( but we were the only people there). Big room, with dining area and kitchen facilities and washing machine. Great help from staff and lovely dinners brought to our room.

Compleet huisje, direct aan het strand.

- Kamera beim Pool wurde abgedeckt
- super gross und genügend Platz, sauberer Pool
- Chef ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und unterstützt bei allem!
- Es liegt wirklich sehr abgelegen (für uns war es super, um zu relaxen, kommt aber darauf an was mach sucht bzw. die Ferien gestalten möchte), sehr zu empfehlen mit einem eigenen Fortbewegungsmittel dort zu sein! Pickme bzw. Uber funktioniert nicht.

Die Gegend ist eher abgelegen was uns sehr gefallen hat.

wir hatten die Villa - ein riesiges Haus, mit mehr als genug Platz für eine Familie. komplette Ausstattung, Küche, Waschmaschine, AC, Ventilatoren, eigener Pool, Garten .. alles was das Herz begehrt. da fühlt man sich schon recht feudal ;)

Herr Pradeep und seine Frau haben uns wirklich alles organisiert, den Pool regelmäßig gereinigt, wir bekamen jeden Tag wunderbares Frühstück, einmal haben die beiden abends ein BBQ mit allem drum und dran gemacht (Feuerstelle im Garten errichtet), Fisch & Meeresfrüchte gegrillt usw.

Very comfortable villa next to the beach. Rooms , furniture and appliances were modern. Caretaker Pradeep was very helpful.
There were few restaurants near by we were pleasently suprised by how tasty the food was.
Fresh seafood was available to buy from the fishermen in the beach.

De rust, gelijk aan het strand. Niet toeristisch. Gastvrijheid van Pradeep.

Die Villa liegt direkt in erster Reihe am Strand - einfach traumhaft! Der private Pool ist top für die Kinder! Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! Die Küche war richtig gut ausgestattet - außerdem ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, was mit kleinen Kindern von großem Wert ist!

Was man wissen muss: Es ist sehr abgelegen - abseits vom Tourismus. Dafür hat man einen riesigen Strand komplett für sich alleine!

Es gibt nur ein Restaurant in Laufweite und kein Supermarkt oder Minimarkt in der näheren Gegend. Man sollte also im voraus ein paar Sachen besorgen - alternativ kann man sich Lebensmittel vom Besitzer liefern lassen.

Für uns war es perfekt! Wir können es sehr empfehlen!

They make everything possible for their guests and from what It looks like even keep the beach at the property (which was small if you look at the total rooms) clean

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans ce petit paradis.
Parfait pour se reposer. Ce n’est pas une région touristique. L’environnement est très calme, entouré de champs de cocotiers. Accès direct à l’océan. Attention, à cette période (août), les vagues sont trop fortes pour se baigner, mais châteaux de sable et balade le long de l’eau autorisés !
Nous nous sommes sentis seuls au monde et c’est ce que nous recherchions.
La maison est très grande, très confortable pour 4 personnes.
La piscine privée est exceptionnelle.
Pradeep et sa femme étaient très disponibles pour nous durant tout le séjour. Ils sont très attentionnés et ont rendu notre séjour encore plus exceptionnel. Ils nous ont concocté des plats délicieux, organisé un barbecue avec les crabes de la pêche du jour, organisé une petite sortie à Puttalam et même révélé quelques secrets de la cuisine srilankaise !

We werden hartelijk ontvangen met een verse kokosnoot. De accommodatie ziet er schitterend uit. Het bed ligt goed. We hadden een ontbijt dat was erg lekker maar ook erg veel. Ik beveel deze accommodatie zeker aan.

This place was perfectly placed at half way for us between Anurahdupura and Negombo. Not the right time of year for the beach but was very relaxing by the pool. Pradeep was lovely and so helpful. He cooked us a lovely breakfast.
A beautiful property.

La villa sur l’océan et avec cette petite piscine est un joli cadeau de fin de séjour sur la route de l’aéroport. L’accueil de Pradeep nous a facilité la logistique et la maison était impeccable.

The villa is amazing and very comfy. Great pool.

The beach villa was the best accommodation we had during our trip around Sri Lanka. The house is very comfortable, enough space for 6 people and great location at the beach. Pradeep and his wife were very welcoming and prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner for us. All very tasty and we enjoyed it a lot. We highly recommend the beach villa and would come back.

The house was really beautiful and we loved everything. We just stayed for one night, but I would come back. There is a big kitchen and two big bedrooms with really comfortable beds and airconditioning. The pool is also very lovely and the beach is directly behind the house. They even clean the beach behind the house. It also has an own entrance and it's super quiet, you only hear the waves. Everything was super clean!
