Decor old and tired.
Slow service for dinner, took ages.
Staff reserved and could make more effort to be friendly offer proactive customer service. Especially young ladies on reception.

Pros:

Great location, close to some lovely beaches. Clean comfortable room, very helpful staff and very nice food. Have stayed here before and would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice spot to base yourself for exploring north west Donegal
Pros:

Welcoming staff . Especially good if you have good gaeilge.. Nice cooked breakfast made to order. Cereals, fresh fruit and juice etc to set you up for the day.

Cons:

Room on ground floor slightly dated .. would benefit from new mattresses and a small fridge to have bottled water etc. not keen on soap dispenser etc in bathroom as not v hygienic .. prefer individual toiletries. Sockets behind headboards not practical ..
