Cons:

Zeer slechte wasservice. Was kwam vies gestreken terug. Moet wel eerlijk zeggen dat we het na te hebben aangegeven ook niet hoefden te betalen.

Comfortable Stay That Met Our Expectations
Pros:

We stayed at The Suncourt Hotel Yatri and overall it fully met our expectations. The hotel is not the newest and you can see that in some details, but everything was clean, functional, and well maintained.
The room was comfortable, the staff was helpful, and the location worked well for exploring Delhi. For the price and category, it delivered exactly what we needed — a reliable and comfortable base for our stay.

Pros:

The room itself is clean and spacious. The bed was very big and comfy. The staff were very friendly and always helped when we asked. We ordered room service dinner on the first evening and the food was very good and decent value too. Good location, had 2 nice restaurants within 5mins walk and only 10 mins from closest metro station. Overall the room is quite expensive for India, with better wifi and proper cleaning of the mould the room would be good value.

Cons:

The wifi did not work pretty much at all, first night it connected but was very slow, 2nd and 3rd nights it didnt connect at all. We asked for help from the hotel staff but they couldnt get it working. The bathroom was spacious but had a lot of mould on the ceiling above the shower and smelt damp most of our stay.

The check-in process was smooth, the staff were warm and welcoming, and we were immediately impressed by the attention to detail throughout the property.

Our room was spotless, spacious, and Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and all the amenities – from the fast Wi-Fi to the luxurious toiletries – made our stay feel truly special.

The on-site restaurant offered a delicious variety of local and international dishes, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve ever had.😇
