Me gustó el apartamento. La cama de la habitación era confortable. La cocina muy bien equipada. La calefaccion era muy buena. El personal de recepción era muy amable. El código para entrar es muy útil

Cons:

No me gustó que estuviera en el sótano. La cama del sofá tenía un colchón no apto para adultos, porque te hundias. Solo vale para niños.

Para poder entrar necesitas ayuda y no tiene nada donde poder sujetarte
La salida de la ducha es demasiado alta, corres peligro de caer
El que salga es agua solamente del techo no resulta práctico y el grifo no cierra correctamente

Heel fijn appartement en erg vriendelijke medewerkers.
Pros:

Fijn licht appartement met ruime slaapkamers. De ligging is prima, klein stukje lopen naar Paddington station en ook in de andere richting naar Hyde park.
Vriendelijke medewerkers aan de receptie.
We mochten al vroeg in het appartement en bij vertrek konden we de koffers in bewaring geven.

An excellent place to stay, recommended whole heartedly.
Pros:

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The lobby was inviting and light. The location is fantastic. The staff was actually the best feature: smiles and actual efficient help in every instance.

A wonderful experience, would recommend with no hesitation.

The room was big, comfortable and clean. The lobby was light and inviting. All your needs are met with no effort. The location is central and accessible to all forms of public transport. The people at the desk are the best you can find and went out of their way to assist.

Cons:

Can't find fault...just the price is sometimes steep....
