Twelve Inn Hotel

The economy rooms have window but it doesn’t open up to the outside it has another glass between outside and it makes refreshing the air inside impossible. It increases the humidity and causes moisture in the room. Due to the moisture, terrible smell comes out, and it attracts lots of small mosquitoes. There was yellow spots on the sheets and suspicious other stains in one of the pillows.

Don’t waste your money here, you can definitely find a better place.

Upon arrival, they told me they had «overbooked» and that they would put me in a different hotel instead. I had no choice in the matter. This was a very unpleasant experience, and the situation made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

When I read the reviews of the other hotel online, I realised that it’s apparently a common practice of the owners to lodge people at a different hotel than they ordered – and potentially in a room with a lower standard.

In the end I got a bed for the night, but the room standard was rather poor.

I have contacted hotels.com about the situation, but they have not to date done anything to resolve the situation.

If you book this hotel, you’re on your own.

Great location with the old city of Baku within walking distance. Room is good, the bathroom could be in better condition in terms of cleaning. Very small selection of breakfast items, although you can ask for extra things.

Otel konum olarak mükemmel bir yerde tam merkezde fakat diğer sokaklara göre daha sessiz ve sakin. Oda biraz soğuktu genel olarak klima ile ısındım, televizyon akıllı tv YouTube, Netflix vs. rahat kullanabiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi, hem çeşit bakımından hem de sürekli sıcak olarak yeniliyorlar. Odalarda sigara içilmiyor o yüzden ben balkonlu odayı tercih ettim. Balkon çok geniş ve büyüktü 3-4 kişi rahatlıkla vakit geçirebilir.
