Great view - the real View - and very friendly and helpful staff!

Es war sehr schön, aber der Preis war für den Zustand des Hotels etwas zu hoch.

Die Lage ist wirklich außergewöhnlich schön.

Cons:

Beschwerliche Anfahrt, das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Pool war extrem kalt.

Magnificent view trumps facilities that are a little tired.
Pros:

Cons:

Pods a little tired.
No hot water on arrival, bathroom fittings loose, wardrobe doors hard to close etc.
Buffet dinner during Ramadan a little pricy for what you get.

Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix!
Pros:

Le personnel du restaurant est très attentionné et les plats sont bons.
La vue sur la ville en contre bas

Cons:

L’hôtel est trop loin de la ville, il faut suivre une piste de7km en montée pour atteindre l’hôtel, du coup impossible de manger ailleurs qu’à l’hôtel le soir! Le prix de la restauration le soir est un peu élevée mais le menu est très complet.
L’eau de la piscine était froide! Impossible d’en profiter.
Chambre réservée pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants) mais on s’est retrouvée avec un grand lit et un lit d’appoint.

Esperienza pessima, da evitare assolutamente. Se cercate l'ospitalità omanita, scappate lontano da "The View". Il nome è una pura operazione di marketing ingannevole: non tutte le camere hanno la vista. Molte affacciano direttamente sul tetto di lamiera della fila anteriore.

Il disastro inizia prima dell’arrivo. Comunicazione glaciale e indicazioni scarse. Ti dicono solo all'ultimo di avere una 4x4 (informazione quasi invisibile su Booking), ma la loro unica preoccupazione non è aiutarti, bensì ricordarti che alle 21:00 il ristorante chiude e "ti arrangi". Zero calore, zero assistenza, zero professionalità alla reception.

Dimenticate l'integrazione con la natura. Hanno preso dei container, li hanno coibentati, dipinti di un rosa discutibile e lanciati a caso sul pendio. Materiali scadenti e impatto estetico terribile. Gli spazi esterni e gli arredi della colazione sono logori, vecchi e trasmettono un senso di abbandono totale. I lettini in piscina sono fatiscenti. Un potenziale sprecato, lasciato marcire sotto il sole.

Il posto è sporco. I vetri, che dovrebbero essere il punto forte per godersi il panorama, erano così incrostati da impedire la visuale. Il bagno era in condizioni igieniche imbarazzanti: muffa ovunque e fughe delle piastrelle nere di sporcizia accumulata. Le foto allegate parlano da sole: è una struttura che ha smesso di fare manutenzione anni fa.

In Conclusione, hanno creato un posto e poi l'hanno abbandonato a se stesso, preoccupandosi solo di incassare cifre folli. Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto pubblicitarie: la realtà è fatta di container sporchi, incuria e maleducazione. Soldi buttati.

Sehr schöne Aussicht !

Cons:

Personal war unmotiviert auf Wünsche wurde spät oder garnicht eingegangen.
Das Frühstück und das Abendessen war gegenüber anderen Hotels der gleichen Preisklasse im Oman mangelhaft.

Hotelname wird der Aussicht gerecht! Traumhafte Aussichtslage, komfortabler Bungalow, toller Pool, sehr gutes Abendessen sowie Frühstück, hier gab es das einzige Mal auf unser Reise Bier - alkoholfrei, sehr freundliches Personal

La vue est incroyable et le personnel du restaurant est très gentil.

Le sourire du personnel d'accueil est a améliorer, personne ne sourit!
Le prix est élevé pour la nourriture et la propreté du lieu. Ils jouent sur la vue pour augmenter le prix de la chambre et le fait qu'on est isolé de la ville.
