The staff was very cordial and pleasent
No Lift, Breakfast which is included in the hotel room rent is at the choice of hotel no option is available and if you just take another slice of bread,of wants one cup of tea extra what the hotel has fixed then you will have to pay for it,THERE IS NO BUFFET SYSTEM, I RECOMMEND NO ONE SHOULD STAY WITH FAMILY HERE

Behavior of the staff very good. Restaurant is very fine. Neat and clean. Close to the famous Pasupati temple. Walkable distance. Breakfast is very good. Maintained quality food in restaurant

There was continuous noise from Air condition which was very annoying
The rooms were super comfortable. Staff was also very friendly. Reception staff was English speaking.
The Hotel is a 5min walking distance from Pashupatinath temple which makes it very convenient to travel.
Breakfast was included in the hotel stay and was very good.

Sir it's unforgettable, staff is very cooperative helping as specially Neel, khadaksai and rohit are having very good Nature. Hotel is good and neat and clean and well organized.
Location was near to the pashupati temple so that's was good for us.
There was a guy named Liil in the staff of the hotel
This guy was racist and also made other staff behave inappropriately
This gave us little bit insecure feeling during our stay
When we were leaving the hotel he talked to our taxi driver and did not inform us what driver was saying as there was language barrier when we got the tax driver told us that he told Liil to inform us to pay extra but Liil did not tell this to us. Liil took advantage of we not knowing the language.

The Property is best for comfort stay, hospitality is excellent, I stayed for 3 nights, Services they provide are comprehensive-like cab, restaurant, guide for sightseeing. The prices are also reasonable considering the services provided
Stairs are high, which makes it bit difficult for senior citizens, otherwise everything is excellent
