Pros:

staff is super helpful and always available!
the hotel also owns the nusapenida diving center - amazing if you want to experience a very good dive or a snorkelling trip.

I don't even know what to start with.
The pool was not working and I was told only after I booked my reservation.
The place is in the middle of nowhere, literally. Only accessible by vehicle. I was given a bike but was never asked or told about the price until the checkout time (I thought it was part of the hotel because it's so far from everything)...at the end they charged me for all days and even claimed I trashed their bike and asked me to 'take responsibility '.
There is more, there was no running water in the hotel for half of my stay so I couldn't even shower or wash my hands.
The rooms are BASIC! Just a bed and shower. Not even a trash bin so I had to pile up all my waste in the room.
😡But wait, there is more: I missed my boat because of these scammers because the car they arranged was late. We drove like crazy risking my life in the car and the driver at the end took all the money even though he saw the boat had left already. I ended up spending a fortune and wasting all my money for this SCAM of a 'hotel'. Apparently the driver also lied that I had made it on time for the boat! 😡
A bunch of liars!
You should take responsibility, not me!
