Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, apartments were cleaned.

Cons:

It is better to have one king-size bed in the family room due to staying difficult with the babies.

Hard to find and no directions given pre check in
You have to go to the restaurant for the keys or ask for it but you don’t know where and who
The local security guard helped us and only after this the guy appeared

Pros:

It was in the heart of the city and had good enough space for a big group/family.

Cons:

Even though it was an apartment, they didn't have enough vessels in the kitchen, and the floor hadn't been cleaned well. Blankets hadn't been provided either, and we had to ask for it. Very limited food options.

Overall I wouldn't recommend it to anyone that can't handle the noise and needs clean air

Pretty helpful staff, decent cleanliness, restaurant upstairs, nice lobby area, TV in the room, hot water

Cons:

First of all when I booked that stay I got to a different hostel, which is really confusing and I don't know to rate it accordingly. My place was Gentz Residency & Restaurant, so be aware than booking this spot you will likely end up there. There were holes and some stains on the bedsheets and the AC unit is very old, blowing some stench inside the room. The worst part is the noise, because my room was just beneath the restaurant and they had some parties with karaoke till 1 AM or later. AC is also very loud and the doors/windows are not sealed tight and you can hear every noise.

Great value for the price & extra kind host.
Pros:

The staff was great, and they have a nice rooftop bar with tasty food and drinks.

Cons:

It was not very clean, and it was a bit out of the good areas.
