Fredeligt og roligt hotel.
Pros:

Beliggenheden som var tæt på byen, ca 10 minutters gang. Fik et værelse med udsigt til parkeringspladsen, så var bange for støj, men der var virkelig roligt både dag og nat. Dejligt værelse som var rent og pænt.
Der var altid ledige solstole på den lille strand hotellet havde.

Cons:

Morgenmaden og morgenmads området var lidt kedeligt.
Stranden er hyggelig at gå tur på men hvor ville jeg dog ønske at hotellerne ville få stoppet dyremishandling af de stakkels elefanter på stranden som skal op og ned i saltvandet for turisternes skyld!😡
Heldigvis kom de ikke i denne ende hvor Mam Kaibae hotel ligger.

Good value, friendly staff, nice sunsets – but outdated and slightly disappointing.
Pros:

The view from the Regular Room is really beautiful – especially at sunset. Kae Bae Beach is definitely lovely, even though there are even more spectacular beaches on Koh Chang. Perfect for tomorrow morning or a relaxed sunset swim. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They assisted me with renting a scooter and organizing transport onwards to Koh Kood.

Cons:

The air conditioning was cooling, but the remote was broken and the unit on the balcony was extremely loud, constantly turning on and off, which was disturbing. The breakfast didn’t meet my expectations, so I ate elsewhere. Cleanliness could be improved, and overall the property feels quite dated. The photos on Booking look better than the reality at MAM Kae Bae

Lovely, spacious rooms with the most comfortable bed

After coming back to Koh Chang for the fourth time and staying at quite a few hotels and resorts, my partner and I have both decided Mam Kaibae has the most comfortable beds BY FAR! Lovely, spacious room! I loved how big the bathroom was. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Had a private sun chair area on the beach, and a perfect little café. Breakfast was not huge but had everything I needed. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. 100% would recommend. :)

Paradise
Pros:

We love the location of this hotel. Just in front ot the beach. We love the infinity pool, although too much chlorine. This hotel is right on the beach and it is 10 minutes walking distance to the village with those amazing restaurants and markets. Location was perfect

Cons:

Breakfast is quite below average, staff members were very kind but they barely speak any english. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable
Overall we enjoyed our state and I will recommend this hotel, Great value .

Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen
Pros:

Wir haben mehrere Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Rooftop-Bereich mit Pool und der traumhaften Aussicht – einfach wunderschön. Der Strand liegt direkt vor der Tür, ist sehr gepflegt und verfügt über einen privaten Bereich, wodurch das Hotel angenehm ruhig gelegen ist. Gerade mit Kindern ist der Strand perfekt zum Baden geeignet, da sich Ebbe und Flut gut handhaben lassen. Abends lädt der Strand zu herrlichen Spaziergängen mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen ein.

Das gesamte Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück war gut und wurde in einem kleinen, aber feinen Frühstücksraum serviert, mit schönem Blick in Richtung Meer. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Betten gemütlich, was für einen erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt hat.

Cons:

Ein deutlicher Nachteil (je nach Nachbarn) ist die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer – wir konnten die Nachbarn teilweise bis spät in die Nacht sehr deutlich hören. Außerdem sind die Zimmer, insbesondere die Bäder, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch war alles sauber und gepflegt, sodass uns das nicht weiter gestört hat.

absolutely blissful beachfront stay with amazing location, comfort, and relaxation - couldn’t have asked for more.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at MAM Kaibae Hotel - a true beachfront paradise. The location is unbeatable: the hotel sits right on Kai Bae Beach, with its own little private stretch of sand just steps from your room. You really are meters from the water, making it perfect for sunrise walks and stunning sunsets.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony, which made it a joy to relax and enjoy the sea breeze. Each day we were given fresh bottled water and tp, and the room was tidied regularly by friendly and thorough housekeeping staff.

Breakfast was included every morning and was delicious, with plenty of choice.

Other highlights were definitely the rooftop infinity pool, and the beach massage facilities were also fantastic, pure relaxation with the sound of the waves right in front of you!

The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Excursions we booked were happy to pick us up directly from the hotel with no fuss at all. The town area is very convenient too, with lots of food options, scooter rentals and little shops within easy walking distance. It’s calm and relaxing, yet close to everything you need.
