Pleasant
Pros:

Close to the lake with Empau Lake with a scenic walk. There is also a large coffee shop across the road with views over the lake.

Cons:

Old Hotel desperately needs renovations.
Pillows are hard. There is nothing much around for food.

Pros:

The shower was good and hot, the room was clean and most of the staff were nice, breakfast was plenty, bed was comfy,

Cons:

A few of the staff were rude ( especially the night lady) didn't know what the hotel offered and refused the request to leave bags for the day, as stated in the advertisement, request an extra night and refused as stated as being fully booked ( yet lots of rooms on every website) Lost out on cash purchase there, may be just a one night hotel as surrounded by night clubs and lap dancing clubs, quiet far away from bus terminal and long way from train station ( like well over an hour) won't stay here again
