Nice and pleasant stay. No doubt that I will book Ra Vista again.
Pros:

Ideal location, very close to airport, stayed and worked from here over a week. Top class service. Rooftop bar, pool and food was very refreshing. Special mention Ruma at reception, ever smiling and very helpful. Room service neat, special mention Lakhyan, Prosun, Puja. Last but not the least Manos the front office manager - very responsive and helpful. Nice stay and will be back!

Cons:

Room was not that sound proof, I am sure this can be addressed.

My FIRST choice for a transit stay is Ra Vista, Kolkata 👌🏼
Pros:

I LOVED the bed - mattress & pillows. Superb 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (7 star comfort since I've experienced it too). This has been my 2nd stay at Ra Vista and it was excellent. The Staff & Attenders were all so friendly & courteous. The food from the restaurant was delicious. Prompt service.
The close proximity to the Airport is a big plus point.

Cons:

Do add a razor kit too in the toiletries and one more soap

Unexpected and disappointing
Pros:

To be honest, (1) the room that I was allocated was the tiniest hotel room that I have experienced ever in my life.
(2) The hotel is close by the airport, however the location of the hotel is kind of filthy. Small roads, very filthy and the moment I stepped out of the hotel next day I was surprised by the locality and I kind of assumed that entire Kolkata is such filthy, however when I started travelling around I saw modern , clean Kolkata.
Overall, the amount I have paid for the tiny room is not with at all. Only plus point is staff at the reception were all courteous.

Cons:

Courteous staff is the only plus point of the property.

I booked a deluxe triple room. But the bed, and everything I got as a double room. So it's difficult to sleep three person family in a double bed. Otherwise all good

imorove TV experience
Pros:

one thing i liked about Ra Vista is how seamlessly you could use their TV. this time, in both the rooms, TVs were laggy and slow and Netflix wasnt working which it used to before. fixing this will make the stay more convenient andc comfortable
