Pros:

70 derece iç ve dış havuz , normal sıcak havuz süperdi . Yemekler lezzetli, bol ve sürekli tazelendi , ayrıca hotelin temizliğine çok önem veriliyor biz beğendik, tavsiye ediyoruz.

Cons:

Hotelin bariyerli kapalı otoparkı var ama giriş ve çıkışı anlamsız zor buna daha kolay bir çare bulunması lazım.

Pros:

Персонала е усмихнат и любезен. Водата в басейните беше топла, имаше достатъчно шезлонги за всички посетители. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна. Въпреки, че хотела беше пълен всичко беше на ниво.

This was our sixth stay. This should say enough by itself.
Pros:

The best in Velingrad money wise. A lot of value for the price, and everything is more than good. The water facilities are excellent, and the food is good. I would recommend!

Cons:

Nothing worth mentioning, really. Except maybe that the whole facility needs updating. Especially the elevator!
