Добра кратка почивка.
Pros:

Добър хотел, който отговаря на категорията си. Създадени са условия и удобства, за приятна почивка, хигиената е на високо ниво, храната е от добра към много добра. Много добро отношение на персонала и усещане на позитивизъм. Много добра СПА зона.

Cons:

Винаги може по-добре, но това има цена и ако целевата група клиенти е доволна понастоящем, ще е излишен разход, защото даже след основен ремонт хотела няма да се доближи до 4*. Архитектурата е леко странна - дълги перпендикулярни коридори с вход някъде, асансьор за трима при 4 етажа плюс нивото на СПА център, а за да се стигне до зоната с чадъри се минава през зоната на двата басейна или се заобикалят от далечната страна. Това не е важно от гледна точка на функционалност, но остава усещане за неподреденост. Има необходимост от козметични ремонти - боя, прегледно подреждане на покривни плоскости над басейните, замяна на ръждиви винтове с неръждаеми, по-добра организация на пространствата, което би довело до по-позитивно усещане и удовлетвореност.

Pros:

Всичко беше прекрасно! Храната беше много вкусна, персоналът много усмихнат и отзивчив, с изключение на един от сервитьорите(Юсеин Мехмедов). Басейните и стаите добре поддържани.

Cons:

Не ми хареса, че се допускат външни лица в Аквапаркът.
