En general todo estuvo muyy bien, laatención el servicio y las instalaciones... fueron 4 días y 3 noches muy buenas
No me gustó que una chica de atención en restaurante tenia muy mala actitud, de mal humor, con caras y muy poco agradable. Una señora gordita, co cabello pintado y cara de pocos amigs. Se portó muy d+espota e indifernete. Obviamente le dije que no me parecía el trato, que si ella tenía problemas, no era lugar para expresarlos pues es su trabajo y los huéspedes no tenemos la culpa. Con eso meeedio cambió la actitud, pero muy desagradable. En cambio la chica que estuvo en las noches y mi ultimo dia de estancia en la mañana, fué super agradable, con mcuha mpatía, atención, educación y actitud de servicio. Es una chica de lentes, bastante amena y eficiente su atención.
Tampoco me agradó que en un momento que limpiaron la alberca le dejaron exceso de cloro y estaba intratable el agua. Demasiado cloro . Eso no se hace.

Muy amable el personal de todo el hotel (recepción, estacionamiento, limpieza, restaurante). Muy limpias las habitaciones, excelente comida a buen precio.

la alberca se veia algo sucia mi hija ya no quiso meterse y fue la principal razon por la que habia escigido el hotel ademas de la ubicacion.

La habitacion, que no tenia una ventana grande, me senti muy encerrada.
La ubicación es muy buena, el restaurante es básico pero bueno.
Llamamos varias veces al room service y nunca contestaban. El aire acondicionado te despierta cada que suena. Pero de ahi en fuera todo perfecto.
