El cuarto limpio.
La TV no tiene buena cobertura de señal, mala recepcion en su programas.
La ubicación está muy bien, cerca del aeropuerto y de la central de autobuses, del malecón, del acuario y museos.
Que la televisión y el control remoto no funcionaban bien y el personal no apoyó, se lavó las manos y ya. En el restaurante el primer y segundo día se tardaron más de una hora y media en servir el desayuno. En recepción el chavo moreno alto siempre de mala cara, un día le pregunté algo y apenas respondió y dio información incorrecta. La caja de seguridad en la habitación no funcionaba y el personal tampoco dio opciones (igual que con el televisor). Los anteriores son detalles que me incomodaron, sobre todo la tardanza en restaurante. Después me relajé y mejor disfruté mis vacaciones

la alberca sucio todo el tiempo, si ofrecen la alberca limpia desde temprano hagan eso

La ubicación era muy fácil moverse a diferentes destinos
El wifi tenia problemas de conectividad a veces, ayudaría unos repetidores de señal para las habitaciones mas alejadas.
La tv era complicado conectarse desde el celular debido quizás a que ya es un modelo antiguo
