Passable
Pros:

La maison est typique en bois très jolie et à côté de la mer
La propriétaire est sympa.

Cons:

Il y a des termites ou autre insectes qui grignotent le bois toute la journée et nuit on peut les entendre manger la maison… pas vraiment d’intimité j’avais des fenêtres vitrées partout et devait tirer les rideaux et m’enfermer car les enfants venaient jouer sur mon balcon. On a pris un massage le dimanche et les femmes n’étaient pas des professionnels, massage le plus horrible de toute ma vie.
On avait le petit déjeuner inclus mais le premier jour les verres apportés étaient tellement sales que l’on est partie manger ailleurs.

Интересное оформление, как будто ты оказался в далеком прошлом.

Cons:

Это НЕ рядом с пляжем. От слова совсем. Выхода к морю напрямую от отеля НЕТ. Точнее он есть, но там все перекопано, ведутся строительные работы, работают огромные экскаваторы и ооочень шумно. Я выбрала этот отель из-за местоположения. Я ошиблась. Фо на завтрак был на вкус как из пачки быстрого приготовления. Цена не соответствует качеству, увы.

Super close to the beach, very old school accommodation, rustic and sort of charming but not luxe or super comfy.
Pros:

Very close to a nice beach and excellent cafes. Great day spa attached to the property.

Cons:

Very traditional building which was kind of fun, but had to sleep under mozzie net as room was not completely sealed. Also water was dripping from leaking pipes. Bed not super comfy, breakfast very basic but included in the price so I guess I shouldn’t complain about that.

Pros:

L'endroit superbe et calme avec une très belle plage. Hoi An est vraiment à privilégier pour ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité.

Cons:

Une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bains pendant 3 jours. Du linge soi-disant lavé et qui ne l'était pas ou alors très mal. Réception souvent sans personne.

Ok. pour un tres court sejour, acceptable pour le prix, pas tres confortable.
Pros:

Emplacement, accueil.

Cons:

Equipements defectueux (Salle de bain). Il suffirait d'un petit effort pour reparer les gros problemes de plomberies (robinet qui fuit, douche quaisment inutilisable).

Lovely but hard to find
Pros:

It's a lovely setting of a location very near the beach. Daily breakfast was good.

Cons:

For some reason it is very difficult for drivers to find. Apparently there are several places with the same name and pictures between them are intermingled. Weird. It would help if this facility updated its address or provide a better summary. It's not really on An Bang beach.

Zarezerwowałem obiekt, po przybyciu na miejsce, poinformowano mnie że nie ma wolnych pokoji, widziałem przynajmniej 2 puste. Pani jeszcze powiedziała to nie problemem proszę anulować na booking, może dla pani to nie problem, dla mnie problemy się zaczęły, szukanie nowego obiektu, przemieszczanie się i stres.

Un lieu apaisant et ressourçant
Pros:

Voilà maintenant 5 ans que je séjourne au sein de ce charmant homestay - la première fois en plein COVID, j'y ai passé 2 semaines ressourçantes - et il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour moi à An Bang, Hoi An. A deux pas de la plage, les chambres et espaces communs, revêtus de bois et ornés de verdure, sont un véritable havre de paix qui évoque cet esprit zen. Les hôtes sont charmants, discrets mais extrêmement serviables.

Cons:

Si possible, réservez les chambres de devant et à l'étage qui disposent d'un balcon.

Absolutely brilliant stay here
Pros:

Great communication from homestay before arrival, wonderful staff with plenty of local information, the room was very comfortable and private with great hot shower and toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and our favourite part of our day was the lovely breakfast presented by a beautiful smiley lady, we are vegetarian and a scrummy noodle soup with tofu was prepared. Lovely chilled area friendly and close enough on foot for restaurants and hidden beach.

Cons:

Leaving and some coat hangers would have been good in the wardrobe as we didn't have any, other than that perfect
