Lovely but hard to find
Pros:

It's a lovely setting of a location very near the beach. Daily breakfast was good.

Cons:

For some reason it is very difficult for drivers to find. Apparently there are several places with the same name and pictures between them are intermingled. Weird. It would help if this facility updated its address or provide a better summary. It's not really on An Bang beach.

Un lieu apaisant et ressourçant
Pros:

Voilà maintenant 5 ans que je séjourne au sein de ce charmant homestay - la première fois en plein COVID, j'y ai passé 2 semaines ressourçantes - et il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour moi à An Bang, Hoi An. A deux pas de la plage, les chambres et espaces communs, revêtus de bois et ornés de verdure, sont un véritable havre de paix qui évoque cet esprit zen. Les hôtes sont charmants, discrets mais extrêmement serviables.

Cons:

Si possible, réservez les chambres de devant et à l'étage qui disposent d'un balcon.

Zarezerwowałem obiekt, po przybyciu na miejsce, poinformowano mnie że nie ma wolnych pokoji, widziałem przynajmniej 2 puste. Pani jeszcze powiedziała to nie problemem proszę anulować na booking, może dla pani to nie problem, dla mnie problemy się zaczęły, szukanie nowego obiektu, przemieszczanie się i stres.

Absolutely brilliant stay here
Pros:

Great communication from homestay before arrival, wonderful staff with plenty of local information, the room was very comfortable and private with great hot shower and toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and our favourite part of our day was the lovely breakfast presented by a beautiful smiley lady, we are vegetarian and a scrummy noodle soup with tofu was prepared. Lovely chilled area friendly and close enough on foot for restaurants and hidden beach.

Cons:

Leaving and some coat hangers would have been good in the wardrobe as we didn't have any, other than that perfect

Cons:

Rummet var mörkt ,ingen läslampa vid sängen ,blött överallt när man duscha ,vått på vår uteterass när det regna ,som var i markplan. Enkel frukost ,man valde från en lista .

Good location. Helpful staff. Laundry service quick and efficient. Clean bedding and room tidied each day.
Pros:

Location was ideal with shops, restaurants and beach access. Liked the balcony on first floor.
Staff were smiley and helpful. Good breakfast

Cons:

Water was charged other homestays and hotels provided free water. Had to ask for coffee’s or buy own supply.
Overlooked and didn’t feel private

Pros:

From start to finish everything was outstanding. The host is super sweet and speaks perfect English. The beach is right outside of the accommodation and the whole house is made out of beautiful hard wood, inside and out. Everything is clean and there are a lot of communal places that can be enjoyed. Also - included breakfast was an unexpected bonus! We had the softest pancakes (bring your own Nutella if you're a lover like we are haha).

We will surely be coming again :)

Logement typique, personnel attentif, proximité immédiate de la mer et environnement très calme (fin février)

Cons:

La salle de bain de la chambre du bas mériterait un rafraîchissement et un peu plus d'équipements (porte-manteau...)

Pros:

De uitstraling van de homestay ziet er erg leuk uit. Daarnaast was het een ruime kamer en ben je zo op het strand.

Cons:

Helaas viel de hygiëne van de kamer erg tegen, en dan met name de badkamer en het beddengoed. Ook is het handig als je oordopjes mee hebt. Het pand is erg mooi van hout, maar dit maakt het gehorig.

Pros:

Hon som drev stället var väldigt gullig och vänlig. Det fanns massage som vi provade och den var mycket bra. Frukosten var väldigt enkel och vi saknade frukt, grönsaker och smör till brödet. Juicen/shaken var god. Det var nära till stranden som var fin och trevlig med solstolar för 50000 Dong/stol.

Cons:

Absolut så kunde frukosten varit bättre med väldigt enkla medel.

Idealne miejsce do odpoczynku.
Pros:

Dom jest przepiękny, z tarasu widać morze. (Ale tylko z jednej strony domu) rodzina która nas gościła była bardzo uprzejma, gościnna uśmiechnięta. Codziennie dostawaliśmy świeże śniadanie, które było wliczone w cenę. Na plażę 3 minuty spacerkiem. Świetne miejsce z daleka od miasta (chodź i do Hoi An chodziliśmy spacerkiem przez piękne pola ryżowe). Dom jest wiekowy i to jego wielka zaleta. Raczej dla osób które nie lubią nowoczesnych przestrzeni. Jest tam przytulnie i bardzo kameralnie.
