Perfect base to discover Varkala and outside areas with scooter
Pros:

Location was good, peaceful and only few minutes drive to everywhere. We rented a scooter so distances were not a problem and zomato brought food right to the door if we felt like staying in. The family is very welcoming and made their best to make us feel like home and gave a lot good tips where to go and what to do. We enjoyed our stay very much.

No such things.

Very clean and nice stay in Varkala South.
Pros:

Very nice property, very nice host. They bought curd for us for our breakfast. Nice balcony/rooftop. Beach nearby 5 min. About 30 minutes walk to North Cliff.

Cons:

One mattress was very hard, luckily they other bed was big enough for two.

Pros:

The host is very kind and helpful.he arranged for a rental scooter for us so we can visit places. The location although is close to the sea , doesnot have any restaurants near by. The nearest one is 1km away.

Modern and very kind
Pros:

We had a lovely stay with a very short walk to the beach and cliffs.
The host was very nice and helpful. He even took us to the scooter rental at the end by car. The house is very modern.

The accommodation is remote and quiet, but a few cafés on the cliffs are still within walking distance.

Horrible and worst experience
Pros:

The experience we had couldn’t be any worse as we three girls were stranded in the middle of the road as the rude host denied checkin at the last moment. He was straight up rude and talked to us in such a way that he doesn’t care about our problem. We tried to tell him that he could’ve informed us prior. Nobody should be in such a situation. Pathetic service and an idiot host

Cons:

Everything especially the rude and illiterate host. Did not allow us to checkin saying that he is out of town. And also said you are just some tourists go and find some other place
