“Very Disappointing Experience – 1 Star. Despite being a hotel, the cleanliness and hygiene were extremely poor. The room was not properly cleaned, and the overall experience was far below expectations. I feel my money was wasted. The hotel management seriously needs to improve its cleanliness and service standards. I would not recommend this hotel to others.”

Hotel was not maintained at all and the property was terrible. Did not stayed there.
Cons:

Place for extremely unhygenic and I did not stay there. Insects were rolling and running in the bathrooms. BedBugs were clearly visible on the floors. The staff was rude and the hotel location and condition was highly terrible and dreadful. You can connect with me anytime on (+91)8892911150.

Trying to get a refund but did not received as I paid partial amount. Please help me get that amount back.

Location was close to the airport. 10min rickshaw ride

Cons:

Breakfast was not offered, despite being included in the cost of the booking
Location was difficult to find and was in a different place to the map
Wifi was slow, despite being advertised as 'high-speed', I ended up using data instead

Fake pictures are uploaded in booking. Unprofessional staff and rooms are unclean. Do not book this

The location was close to the airport.

Cons:

- The hotel is only on 6th floor of a commercial/residential building. It's difficult to locate it. and Difficult to access with the luggage.
- Pictures shown on the booking site are not real. The actual building and rooms are different.
- Hotel staff are unprofessional. We reached there at 2 pm, but were still denied check-in since the person responsible was away and had to wait till that person arrived.
- The room was not cleaned, and the Toilet was dirty with urine stains. Looks like someone used it and didn't clean it.
- There were small cockroaches on the beds and pillows.
