Fake pictures are uploaded in booking. Unprofessional staff and rooms are unclean. Do not book this

The location was close to the airport.

Cons:

- The hotel is only on 6th floor of a commercial/residential building. It's difficult to locate it. and Difficult to access with the luggage.
- Pictures shown on the booking site are not real. The actual building and rooms are different.
- Hotel staff are unprofessional. We reached there at 2 pm, but were still denied check-in since the person responsible was away and had to wait till that person arrived.
- The room was not cleaned, and the Toilet was dirty with urine stains. Looks like someone used it and didn't clean it.
- There were small cockroaches on the beds and pillows.

They asked for an extra 600 rupees while checking in. All the amenities that were mentioned were not there. The washroom was so small that a person could not stand there properly. The AC was very bad, the room wasn't getting cold adequately. The staff were very rude and were arguing for extra money and told us that the information on booking.com is completely vague.

even after mentioning for early check in the staff denied giving me the room.the advance paid was also not refunded and i booked some other hotel for my stay.. though rooms were available he asked me to pay full day charge extra for the room.
I was forced to cancel my booking without refund. I suggest every one to not to go for this Hotel. Very poor
