Bardzo dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt! Czuliśmy się tutaj naprawdę wyjątkowo. Gospodarze są niezwykle gościnni, serdeczni i pomocni. Atmosfera miejsca jest ciepła, rodzinna ,trochę jak u babci, co daje ogromny komfort i poczucie swobody.
Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje kuchnia ,wszystko było przepyszne, świeże i przygotowane z sercem 🙂 Naprawdę rzadko trafia się na tak dobre jedzenie!
Zdecydowanie będziemy polecać to miejsce dalej i mamy nadzieję, że jeszcze tu wrócimy jak będziemy kolejny raz w tej miejscowości w Wietnamie . Dostaliśmy jeszcze przekąski na dalszą podróż ,a sam gospodarz odprowadził nas po same drzwi taksówki i pożegnał . Doceniamy bardzo,pozytywna energia 🫶 Dziękujemy za wszystko ❤️

Des moments inoubliables avec une famille au petit soin
Pros:

Un établissement tres cozy avec une famille adorable qui le gère.( ils nous ont meme préparée un sac avec des snacks pour notre prochain déplacement)
On a trouvé une moto, velo, un petit dej comme vous le voulez..
On s’est vraiment senti accueilli comme chez nous
Une tres belle experience qu’on recommande vivement.
Un emplacement parfait central par rapport aux activités avec des restaurants et des vues a couper le souffle aux alentours

Fabulous value for money with wonderful, friendly owners, and just a quick Grab ride into Tam Coc.
Pros:

The Homestay was in a quite area of Ninh Binh, so no traffic or loud music. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend Ninh Binh Royal Homestay for its value for money and friendly staff.

Included breakfast was substantial. Grounds were lovely.

Homestay is very cute individual cottages and you got a bit of noise as people were walking past outside talking.

Best Homestay you will find!
Pros:

Incredible Homestay with staff who welcome you like family. The breakfast included with the stay was super delicious. The grounds were well kept with beautiful healthy plants. Great photo op every corner you turn. The staff were super helpful with recommendations for places to eat and places to visit. The room was spacious and clean. AC was powerful. Highly recommend!!!

Cons:

Wish there was a waste bin in the room and not just the bathroom.

Pros:

Un des meilleurs endroits où nous avons logé au Vietnam. Le lieu est paisible, la chambre était spacieuse, grand lit, salle de bain avec bonne pression et eau chaude. Moi qui suis regardante sur la propreté vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Les hôtes ont été très attentionnés avec nous et je les en remercie.

Fantastic I would go back!
Pros:

The hosts were so welcoming and helpful - we all used google translate to communicate. They brought us fruit and special local snacks when we were sitting round relaxing. They have worked hard to make the garden areas around the rooms really beautiful
