Классный отель. Нам очень понравилось здесь. Все чисто и уютно😍 обслуживание на высшем. Всегда готовы помочь👍. Спасибо за теплый прием и гостеприимство🫶. Мы чуствовали себя как дома,обязательно сюда вернемся!

Матрасы хорошие, мягкие.

Cons:

Нам нужно было выехать в 4 утра. С собой завтрак не дали, хотя бы мы за него заплатили. И скидку тоже из-за этого не сделали. Даже не попытались решить этот вопрос. Я считаю, что грубо отвечать на просьбу своими стандартам. Стандарты отеля-Ваши стандарты. Если берёшь деньги за завтрак давай его, если не даешь, сделай скидку!!

Если бы не периодическое отсутствие горячей воды и интернета было бы не плохо для этой цены
Pros:

Новое здание. Хороший ремонт. Просторные комнаты. Приветливый персонал.

Cons:

Сантехника течет, горячая вода постоянно пропадает, интернета практически нет, неприятный запах в комнатах и с/у. Уборка в номере по случаю, белье и полотенца не поменяли ни разу за неделю.

Мы приезжали на отдых.на концерты. В отеле только ночевали. Персонал прекрасен. Вопросы решались сразу же!
Pros:

Отличный вариант для деловой поездки.для отдыха

Cons:

Не центр. Но транспортное сообщение неплохое
73. 30. 135 автобусы ездят часто (каждые 10-15 мин). А в центре уже удобно перемещаться на метро

Pros:

Staff was very much cooperative inspite of language barriers however the translator was sufficient otherwise facility was excellent like room cleanliness and others

More Breakfast options for vegetarian and non vegetarian if buffet system it will be Gr8
