I liked the location.
Pros:

Pretty view, clean hotel. Comfy bed

Cons:

I could hear the guest next to me, talking the whole night, just having conversation not yelling, but super thin walls. Up till 1am or so.
The breakfast was very sad. I wish hotels did hot breakfasts in a room still, like before Covid.

Just what we needed for a quick overnight stay.
Pros:

Great location! Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The room had some minor cosmetic blemishes but overall clean and comfortable. The boxed breakfast was convenient with several options delivered right to your door, but miss a hot breakfast.

Pros:

Quiet, pleasant staff, nice view.

Cons:

Dirty grout and mold in the bathroom. Though supposedly a smoke free facility the room smelled like cigarette smoke and some scent to cover it up.

Friendly beach stay
Pros:

The staff were very courteous and friendly. This was a great family place to stay. Our room had a king and queen room first floor on the beach and it was adequate sized so our family didn’t feel like we were tripping over each other. The breakfast boxes were great- just what we eat at home. It was nice to be able to have them right there in the beach.

Cons:

It would be great if you coordinated with several restaurants in the area for lunch and dinner delivery. We used door dash Qdoba and it took an hour and a half. We chose the room for the beach and didn’t want to leave it.

Excellent hotel for a beach front vacation
Pros:

Location was amazing! Right on the beach and close to all that Traverse City has to offer

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better and there were a lot of spider webs on the balcony (non beach front view room)

I’ll be back!
Pros:

Beach setting and rentals close by. Bed was excellent and shower awesome. No smoking.

Cons:

The chairs in the room were dingy need a good steam clean. The sofa when sat on sinks down and made wooooooof sound.
Someone snuck a pet in room 602 and they didn’t bother to hide it. Barked and wined because of fireworks.
