Pros:

Das Personal war super nett& das Hotel zentral gelegen. Frühstück war ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat komisch& eklig gerochen. Für heißes Wasser muss man die Dusche 10 Minuten laufen lassen, etwas unnötig. Die Beschilderung der Zimmer ist verwirrend, wir sind erstmal ein paar Runden gelaufen.

Central position, clean room, nice breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was nice and also kept our luggage for a day after checkout

Pros:

Great location if you have a car, meaning it’s got a large secure lot just a bit outside of the craziness of driving downtown, yet close enough to walk. Super friendly staff.

Cons:

Not super happy about a room with no windows but I knew that when I booked it.

The breakfast was disappointing, very limited with almost no sources of protein.
We struggled to find a quiet room, as all rooms facing the main street were very noisy, as almost everywhere on Borneo. The staff was friendly and helpful, and after changing rooms three times during our 4-night stay, we were able to sleep well on the last night...

Bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant. Personnel agréable. Bonne situation par rapport au centre ville et aux sites touristiques Des bouteilles d'eau sont offertes chaque jour. Wifi correct.

Cons:

l'hôtel étant actuellement rénovation (bruit 9-17h), nous avons du changer de chambre car l'odeur de peinture était trop forte.
il n'y a pas de bouilloire dans la chambre contrairement au descriptif et une seule paire de chausson pour une chambre de 2 personnes ... un peu bizarre

Gute Lage für Stadterkundung und Touren
Pros:

Gemütliches Hotel mit tollem Personal! Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und bietet die Möglichkeit, auch asiatisch (z.B. gebratener Reis, Nudeln und Currys) und nicht nur kontinental zu essen! Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, auch Bad und Dusche boten ausreichend Platz.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Fenster, was wir auch so gebucht hatten. Leider konnten wir nicht ahnen, dass direkt neben uns eine vierköpfige Familie einquartiert war. Zwischen den Zimmern gab es eine Durchgangstür aus Holz, weshalb man jedes Husten und natürlich die spielenden Kinder hören konnte. Wegen zwei Nächten haben wir das jedoch nicht an der Rezeption reklamiert, hätten wir aber definitiv beim einem längeren Aufenthalt.

L’amabilité du personnel, la proximité du centre-ville, le petit-déjeuner

Cons:

L’insonorisation des chambres (on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines), mais cet établissement étant en pleine rénovation, gageons que les améliorations effectuées sauront y remédier. Une piscine serait aussi la bienvenue.

A very pleasant stay with a good location, comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast and very friendly staff.

The location was very good and convenient for our stay in Sandakan. The rooms were clean, comfortable and everything worked well. Breakfast was also very tasty and a nice start to the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and overall everything went smoothly.
