Nice hotel overall
Pros:

Overall, this is a nice hotel with very helpful and friendly reception staff, and room cleaned to a high standard. Bed was very comfortable and decor was nice. Very good location too.

Cons:

The internal construction work throughout the 9 days i stayed there. I accepted that work was being undertaken between 9 and 5, but the drilling was sometimes so loud that it felt like it was in the room. Upon my request I received a complimentary coffee, and I put up with it. However to be woken up at 8.15am (on a weekend) by interior construction work is not acceptable I think. But of course renovation work will be completed st some point in the future, and as I say its nice hotel overall.

Freundlich und Praktisch!
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war mit Kunststoff-Parkettboden ausgestattet, sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr gutem Kaffee. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Relaxing and enjoyable
Pros:

1. breakfast was okay, it covers the basic menu and meal, not much choices but it was value for money. For the price you were paying, the breakfast was acceptable, just dont get your hopes to high.
2. the location was okay if you are having cars to navigate around town, has ample parking for the hotel guest.
3. overall, we felt rested throughout our trip to Kuching and would love to come back again in the future.

Cons:

1. the pillows could have been better if it's a bit firm and not too soft. i like to sleep with a medium-firm pillow
2. you need to request for an indoor slipper if you need one
3. you have to be careful when coming out from the shower as the toilet floor is slippery

Overall good
Pros:

Staff were polite. Comfortable toilet with good hot showers. Free parking for hotel guests located behind the hotel.

Cons:

There was some construction work ongoing during our stay, but only during daytime.

Toplage, trotzdem nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, am Rande von Chinatown. 6-7 Gehminuten zum ÖV, in 15 min in Marina Bay. Auch die Hotelausstattung (Kühlschrank, Teekocher... sehr bequemes Bett, funktionierende Dusche) ist ok.

Cons:

Die Rezeption war selten besetzt und wenn, dann wenig freundlich, völlig unpersönlich. Zudem hatte mein Zimmer kein Fenster (! Das heisst, zuerst aus dem Hotel, bevor man weiss, ob's regnet, .. wie man sich anziehen muss ; o(( Ich habe 130 € bezahlt, es war damit mit Abstand das Teuerste meiner langen Asien-Reise. (Singapur-Standard?? In andern habe ich für einen Viertel ein viel besseres Hotel erhalten!!) Preisleistung schlecht! Doch: das Hotel war ausgebucht! Ich lese viele ähnliche Kritiken. Das Hotel wird sich nicht ändern, leider! Fazit: zum Übernachten - wegen der guten Lage - ok, zum Wohlfühlen nicht!! Keine Empfehlung !

Pros:

Room was comfortable and walking distance to waterfront. Breakfast option was limited but variety throughout the day, no water dispenser in hotel, two bottle each person every day.

Prijs kwaliteit top 👍🏻
Pros:

Prijs kwaliteit is dit een top hotel. Alles is zeer proper goed bed en het ontbijt vonden wij ook lekker. De ligging is op wandel afstand van de rivier. En nabij het hotel zijn ook restaurantjes
Wij zouden zeker terug komen.
