Deluxe in einer Höhle wohnen
Pros:

Das freundliche Servicepersonal beim Frühstück und die Reinigungskräfte. Sie haben ein gutes Gefühl vermittelt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte keine Fenster. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, dass dieses Feature bei der Buchung mitgeteilt wurde. Es fühlte sich an in einer Höhle zu wohnen. Das Frühstück war an den ersten vier Tagen als Buffet vorhandenen, was sehr dünn war. Da sehr wenig Gäste das Frühstück nutzten. Ab dem fünften Tag wurde das Frühstück auf Menukarte umgestellt. Das war ein Vorteil. Es wurde auf einen „Go Green“ hingewiesen, was zu sparsamer Nutzung von Bettwäsche und Handtücher hinwies um Ressourcen zu sparen. Die Rezeption hat gesagt ich muss das Wasser im Bad mindestens 10 Minuten laufen lassen, dann kommt erst das warme Wasser. Ironie! Das Hotel befindet sich in Renovierung oder Umbau.

Een fantastisch hotel waarin gastvrijheid centraal staat!
Pros:

Een warme ontvangst, mede dankzij een behulpzame portier. Van de dame bij de balie kreeg ik een complementair drankje aangeboden. Locatie is perfect: op loopafstand van de rivier èn van een prachtig winkelcentrum.
Het ontbijt is goed en voldoende. Ook in de avond heerlijk gegeten en vriendelijke bediening.

Cons:

Niets eigenlijk. Internet lag er even uit maar dat is best wel eens lekker.

It was ok!
Pros:

Location is very good. The staff is great, kind and available for special requests. We were not able to join breakfast and they provided us a meal to go.

The cleaning service can improve.

Pros:

Der Service war extrem gut, der beste den wir je hatten. Obwohl der Preis für das Hotel günstig war, gab es 24h Rezeption und egal welches Anliegen wir hatte, es wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Beispielsweise bekamen wir Lunchpakete wenn wir früh los mussten und unsere Klimaanlage wurde sofort repariert als die Sicherung raus war. Das Zimmer war geräumig, die Lage war gut und das Frühstück lecker. Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl zwar nicht die größte, vor allem für Vegetarier, aber es war trotzdem sehr lecker und selbst ohne das Frühstück wäre das Hotel den preis absolut wert. Wir können es jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Nichts, es war alles perfekt.

An old hotel but with vintage authentic character
