El cuarto estaba algo sucio, habian pulgas en la cama y nos picaron todo, las toallas olían feo.
El hotel para el precio estuvo bien, el cable no funcionaba pero contaba con aire acondicionado, y el restaurante de la par sirven muy rica comida, todo delicioso 🥰♥️🫶🏽

Not very inspiring despite being in a beautiful setting. didn’t have the restaurant running
Decent accommodation very close to laguna Lachua. It has parking lots, restaurant and hot water. The area and a garden are beautiful.
Our room was not cleaned. There were old soaps in the shower, packages of sweets and others.. there was no running water in the morning (not possible to flush toilet), the personal tried to sell the rooms for double price then listed.

very expensive for what it was. room was very dirty, staff were absent, food in the only restaurant is not good and overpriced
I had a lovely stay here! The staff were very friendly and accommodating - even offering a free laundry service and giving me a bottle of water for my long bus journey when I left. The food in the restaurant was also tasty and a good price. Thank you for a great stay!

great location for visiting Laguna Lachuá. clean, good AC and restaurant on site (though a little expensive but very good)
